They have been great to work with and our floors look great! Jake helped me with ordering samples to look at at our home and then we were able to plug it into their website to see what it would look like as a whole! They helped us through it all and we have been very pleased!

We recently had to replace all the sewer pipes and water pipes in our home. Unfortunately all the flooring needed to be removed from four rooms. I took a leap of faith and I am so happy I did. The flooring came packaged nice on a pallet and every plank was in pristine condition. Over the weekend went to the Brookville Rd store to get some ideas for our living room floor. I worked with Isaac, we discussed all the different types of floors that would work for our home. We have a dog that loves to play in the mud, so we need something that is durable and easy to clean. He was very detailed on each type that would work for us. As soon as that tax check hits we will be back!
