Great experience. My mother was having issues with her water pressure. Called several plumbers with only one responding!…Benjamin Franklin. I live two hours away from her so I couldn’t help. They got her on the schedule the next day, Jason (plumbing advisor) addressed her issue, listened to her, gave her a fair priced option, and also checked out the rest of her water system. Install crew was scheduled the following day and did a fantastic job! Great experience!!!

Wonderful, replacing underground water line from the street to the house. What a great crew, sorry I can't remember any names but they did a very professional, thorough, complete job ! On a cold January day arriving on time and finishing the same day. And the clean up afterwards was excellent in and outside the house. Like Super Hero's.

We had the pleasure of having David L. come out and service our issue. He wasn't able to fix our issue on his first trip but he returned the next morning and got our issue fully resolved. He made sure we understood the cost of everything he needed to do before doing any work and did his best to fix everything with minimal damage to our home and wallet. My toddler would occasionally get in his way and he was so kind to him, even showed him some of his tools so he wouldn't be startled by any loud noises. We are very pleased with the service he provided us.

Chris (Benjamin Franklin Plumbing) was excellent. We had a sump pump issue that he quickly addressed and repaired. There was no mess. The price for the repair was very reasonable. Chris did a great job explaining the problem and provided multiple solutions. He was prompt, nice and knowledgeable. Excellent job. Would highly recommend.

Chris and Larry showed up exactly when they said they would. Within ten minutes they had diagnosed the problem, come up with a solution and quoted a fair price. The work was done quickly and explained along the way. I'm very happy with the excellent service and their professional attitude. Well done!

We looked Saturday morning and saw that we has a leak in an outside faucet. After trying to stem the flow as much as I could, I decided I needed to call a plumber.

So I called a few numbers ... and finally connected with the operator for Ben Franklin Plumber. I was concerned it needed to be seen ASAP, since it was already December ... and only promised to get colder. The Ben Franklin operator told me that she could get someone out to me later that day.

Gavin arrived about three, looked at the leaked, and advised us to replace the faucet (bib). We did discuss trying to install a washer, but Brad recommended that it would be best to replace the 24 year old faucet for a more permanent fix. We agreed, and Gavin started his work. He kept us abreast of the work as he did it, and demonstrated the working bib when he was done. He also recommended not keeping the hose connected to the bib over the winter.

He made sure that we understood the warranty, signed us up for a 15% discount, and accepted our payment. He was friendly, courteous, and about business during all of our interactions. We were quite satisfied with the service we received, both from Gavin and Ben Franklin Plumbing.

Jason M came out and he was excellent! You guys installed a new water heater last week and did a wonderful job but it just wasn’t keeping the water hot for long so Jason came out today and said oh the lower thermostat wasn’t turned up to where it needed to be so he got that turned up and it immediately started regenerating. Overall I recommend this company, everyone is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and when you have to call the company they are polite and get right on it. Highly recommend Jason M and the company!

I had a bad leak in my shower, other stuff and couldn't take a shower and called today to try and get someone out here today and to get it fixed and usually you never get same day service on anything, but I did! Their Company is even based out of town from where I live and he drove over an hr to get here and was here within that time frame from when I called. Wow was this guy Toby great! He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it very quickly and advised me on some other things. He did excellent work, very friendly, professional, and considerate. I was very pleased with him and the company on the quickness and awesome work he did. They even called to make sure I was pleased with the work. I highly recommend them and will use them again. Thanks a lot for all you did getting someone out here quickly and for the exceptional service that Toby did!! He knows his stuff!

John L is the best! So friendly, polite, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He kept me informed of his coming/going to pick up parts. He talked with me about my options and he let me decide what I would like done; Even quoted me prices for various projects when I asked. John L took care of my plumbing issues and I am thrilled. I can finally get my new appliances delivered and installed. Thank you John L and Ben Franklin Plumbing. I will definitely recommend; I will put you in my permanent contact for any future plumbing issues/repairs.

Water wouldn't shut off on my shower. Called and tried to get someone out on a Sunday evening. BF said they would try, but no one showed up until the next morning. Brian was amazing, fast, and friendly. Reasonably priced as well. Will definitely use again.

Chris and his team were amazing. They worked very efficiently, were knowledgeable of the problem and how to fix it, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. I appreciated the professionalism they showed me and my home and would welcome them back any time. 10/10 would recommend

Gaven did an excellent job. He very quickly diagnosed my plumbing issue, provided a quote, and fixed my issue. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I would ask for him again if I needed plumbing service.

Juan V. with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job getting our washing machine drain unclogged! He arrived early, was very polite, explained what he thought he should do, cleaned up after his work was successfully done and offered advice should this happen again.

Jason was here when he said he would be. He gave us an estimate, which I thought was very reasonable. The installation team will be here later today. So far a very positive experience.

Mike introduced himself letting me know that he was with the company that said he’d be coming. He was very nice and knew exactly what the problem was. He made sure everything worked as it should before he left.

I've used Ben Franklin several times after a friend referred them. Both times, Ben F has helped me resolved water issues that were actually being caused by the city. Their assessments and reports helped me resolve my issues and most importantly saved me hundreds if not more in repairs. They are honest, reliable and trust worthy.

Michael M was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed everything with our shutoff valves and provided tips for issues he saw. After inspecting the problem, a rate was provided up front before any work was done. Work only began after both parties agreed, as Benjamin Franklin indicates. The warranty on the parts also helps with peace of mind. We were very satisfied with the experience.

Jason did an excellent job and repaired our sump pump quickly and professionally. Knowing a little about sump pump installation and performance I just can't do the work anymore. Jason fixed only what was necessary to get the old pump working correctly... Without trying to talk me into a new pump just because it is old. Much appreciated.

Gaven was super quick and efficient! Was very knowledge about my steps going forward and helpful on solving the water leak I had today with minimal damage to my home. 10/10 recommend Gaven and this company as well.
