AT&T Store

Ran in right at closing. That poor employee. I was a hot mess. Couldn't get my phone to charge. Spent $100 on a wireless charger at a big box store. The employee there was AMAZING!!!!! So friendly, patient, funny. Thats the ATT store I'll be going to from now on. Didn't catch his name but it was at 4:45 on a Sunday

Efron did a good job today. Hayden did a good job they were real professional on their job. They were very very very good.

I had the BEST experience at this location! I was with Kayla! Kayla was beyond knowledgeable, personable, and friendly while I was navigating getting on my own plan and making a big purchase for myself. I was very nervous as I have previously had bad experiences at other providers, but she made me feel very confident in every choice I made. IF there was something she was unsure about (which wasn’t much), she went to the back to make sure she was giving me the correct information. Do yourself a favor and ASK FOR KAYLA! :)

I came into the store ready to give up on my AT&T service because of recent complications on my account. Kayla walked me through every one of my concerns and put my mind at ease. She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what she’s doing. She made me want to stay with my AT&T service, and not switch to another carrier like originally planned. Ask for Kayla at the AT&T store on Coliseum BLVD.

Went in with a broken screen, Seth was the MAN and got me in a new S23+ on a killer deal with my data transferred and out the door in like 20 minutes. I was amazed. Best "phone store" service I've had in my 18 years having a cell phone. Dude is a ninja.

Xochi, Kayla and Seth were all awesome. Xochi took care of all my issues and helped set up our new phones. All three of them were kind and made the experience great.

The only location I go to in town. Kayla helped me the other day and she was exceptional! She was very kind and made sure I understood everything going on! She made this experience the highlight of my week.

The wonderful woman who’s name starts with an A (I don’t want to butcher the spelling) went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, personable, and handled our two new lines while also helping a family without sacrificing the attention from one or another. She made the entire process as stress-free as possible, and if she isn't a manager, I would love to see her as so the next time we visit. She rocks!

I had a problem with two of our family’s iPads, and I was pleasantly surprised when the representative, who is named Seth, was able to solve my issue and get both iPads up and running in less than 10 minutes. On top of this, he apologized for the iPads, not working, solved the issue and there was no charge for the service. overall great experience thank you Seth for providing a great experience.

I love this location! The store is super clean more clean then the others I been too, also the rep who helped me was named Xochil and she was super helpful and nice probably the best customer experience I had there in a while! The manager should definitely give her some prize for being 😌

I had the BEST EXPERIENCE HERE!! I always avoided getting a new cell phone bc it was overwhelming and people always made me feel stupid. NOT THE CASE HERE! They made me feel appreciated and were real people!!! Thank you for making something I use to avoid for months now a good thing I look forward to! Will recommend to everyone I know THANK YOU!

Had some issues with my phone. Walked in to the store and Alexis greeted me. She resolved my issue with in minutes. Super sweet and knows what she’s doing ! 10/10 recommend working with Alexis at this location.

We had a super nice guy named Patrick help us at the store. We have been very dissatisfied with our previous Boost phone service and we're intimidated about who and how to switch and keep our #s after looking into and communicating with a few other companies. Patrick helped us feel confident about switching to ATT and our new plan and phone purchase. We came in the store last minute but he did not rush us in our questions and getting us all hooked up. We are excited about our new phones and phone company thanks to Patrick and all his help!

Kayla M at the Coliseum Blvd. store was so helpful. She was quick and knew what she was doing. I would definitely ask for her the next time I go in!
