Pan Am Plaza

Nice moderen business park right at intersection of university and I-25.

Very spacious and good mix of businesses.

Mostly high end cars in parking lot.

I went to Joann Fabric, my go-to place for fabric, craft supplies, and yarn - unfortunately they didn't have any Beauty and the Beast fabric for my next quilt project.

Maximum martial arts kick boxing is a great workout and very motivating. Great new facility.

Dollar Tree store has everything that we need. From seasonal decorations, home goods and food.

I go to Dollar Tree here bigger selection. Joann's fabrics is a nice store to browse. It's just not fabric they have craft essentials. Tuesday Mornings is there too. I like to browse that store too, kill time. I need to try the coffee shop there. Parking lot looks clean all the time.

Nice shopping center, but is it a mall? Can you get from one store to another without going outside? Dollar Tree here, as well as Tuesday Morning, and a new Nusenda Credit Union branch. Lots of parking. There's also a coffee shop in this strip mall and a grocery store. I've never been in the grocery store, but I'm going to check it out next time I'm there.

Love this shopping center, thus is the best dollar tree in town lots of room to browse lots of craft projects, Joann fabrics is located here as well as Nuesnda bank I want to try out coffee shop there great place can knock out several errands in one stop

There's Toucans Grocery, Dollar Tree, Joannes, Supercuts, Mc Donalds, Wecks restaraunt, Lorenzo's Italian restaraunt and a Joannes Fabric, Crafts store and Milagro Coffee and Espresso.
We enjoy walking from one business to the other, and I like that there is a good variety of businesses in this plaza.

This is home to the Supercuts I use, the Tuesday Morning where we get our sugar free coffee syrup, and the awesome local "hippie" market called Toucan's (which is kinda pricey but has great produce and meat including the organic stuff Wally World doesn't carry.

I went to Jo Ann's Fabric looking for something in particular. Very nice store with friendly and helpful staff. They have a huge assortment of fabrics. Great sale going on. Lots of notions and some crafting supply's. Many nice containers to hold your sewing and crafting supplies. Lots of different patterns. Upholstery fabric. Cute seasonal decorations. I will definitely return. I would suggest getting more than a choice of 2 different rayon fabrics. I actually went back again because I figured there had to be more and I just missed it.

It's an older plaza but it's held up. Dollar tree, Toucans, Wecks, Tuesday Morning, etc etc. Parking is easy and it is never super busy. The fact that it's right across from the University helps as well, as there is also an off campus bookstore. All in all I can't complain.

You pretty much get what you can here. You got your convenience, grocery, furniture, craft, barber, and coffee shops all in one place. Don't forget about the campus bookstore, too.

I love perusing this store and usually find a treasure I can't leave without! The selection of paper napkins is wonderful if you are someone who decoupages. Nice linens, all kinds of housewares, some furniture, seasonal items.

There are great shops at the Pan Am Plaza and a new Nusenda Credit Unit Branch. Lorenzo's Italian Restaurant is right next door which is epic. Go there for lunch or dinner, the Chicken Parmesan is fab. There is an Ax Throwing place which I have not tried, but plan to... let a little aggression out.

I like this little plaza, the tamale lady is very nice and her tamales are also good, the parking lot is set up a little stupid but it's not horrible

Best Dollar Tree in Las Cruces NM, Great selection of goodies, can't just go in for what you went for, a must walk every isle. You will most likely find a lot of things you never knew you needed.

Several business in here. I don't think I can remember all of them, but I will try: Tucan Market, Dollar Tree, JoAnn Fabrics, Tuesday Morning, Milagro Bean Coffee Shop, McDonalds, Lorenzo's, Wecks and a couple more I can't recall.

Ate too much. Steaks hot off the grill, shrimp salad, well it's a Golden Corral they have about everything in the world to eat there all Buffet. I usually go there for my family's birthday dinners. And I've always had excellent service from waitresses.

We ate at Lorenzo's and it was fantastic. Great food, service and atmosphere. We will eat there again!
