Just blown away by the help at this place. Wow, can't say enough about this place. I don't shop for clothes other than tshirt and jeans. Tiffany did an awesome job with great advice of what goes together. I was here to buy dress clothes for my new job. Really great experience all around.

Tiffany was great. We had a return and then new purchases including one ordered for delivery. We were all done and then I remembered I had a reward on my phone. She helped to redo the order even though it was an extra trouble for her. She still smiled and was very pleasant. Will definitely be back to that store.

You gotta go for the experience that is Tiffany. If you're really in a daring mood, go in and tell her you know absolutely nothing to which I legitimately didn't. I've never felt so awkward and comfortable at the same time. Tiffany is phenomenal. She opened my eyes to things I would've never picked out on my own.

This place is great. Being a bigger guy, you don't always feel comfortable going to all the stores knowing you will be let down by not finding your size or between sizes. This place has and much bigger as well, it's comfortable, you don't have try and hide your story, the employees want to help you and make you feel welcome to shop at your leisure.

Great service and custom fitting. Employee had exceptional knowledge and was so kind. Highly recommend!!🥰🥰🥰

Seth and Tiffany were tremendously helpful (and fun) helping my son select a suit, dress shirts and casual wear. So great having experts get him the correct fit and make style suggestions. We are definitely going to be repeat customers!!!!!

We visited the Fort Wayne store on Saturday 7/29 and our associate who helped us was AMAZING! Her name was Sadie and she worked with my husband to put together an outfit for my daughters wedding for almost an hour and half. She was so patient and very honest with him on what looked good and what was not quite right!
Please tell Sadie I really appreciated her working with Denny and making him look great for the wedding!

Tiffany is AMAZING!! Have 15 year old that very picky and stubborn. Tiffany took over got him to try out of his comfort zone. Found pants that fit physically and for his age. Awesome experience!!

My husband believes in comfort clothes only. So Michael(our salesman) had his work cut out for him. We were looking for more dressier clothes. Ugh! He was extremely patient and helpful. Couldn't have gone better. The quality is great and lots of choices. We will return.

Tiffany (? Spelling) was amazing! She knew what was in the back, could accurately guess sizes and was a joy to interact with. The other associate was also helpful, but I didn't interact with him as much or remember his name. Definitely worth the hour drive for the customer service.

As a bigger guy, I normally don’t enjoy shopping for clothes, but DXL had a great selection and more importantly the sales associate, Seth, was absolutely incredible. He not only made the process more enjoyable, he found amazing pieces and encouraged me to try them and it really was so much better than I could do on my own. I normally buy clothes online and skip the hassle of the dressing room but not anymore, at least not as long as there are people like Seth at DXL to help me take things to the next level.

What a fantastic experience! I went in needing a dress shirt and belt for an interview. Tiffany that helped me out was nothing but exceptional with her customer service. Helped me choose a good color and a perfect fit. I 100% recommend this to anyone needing big & tall clothing. Thank you Tiffany!

The experience was great. I had a funeral the next day and needed everything except boxers.
I feel bad now that I have forgotten the great girl that helped me. She knew everything and I felt so comfortable and impressed. I looked sharp. Well as far as I can look sharp.
