The customer service is always fantastic here. I shop at Buckle regularly and management has always been helpful. The store manager is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have something, they can order it for you. This is pretty much the only place I get my jeans. You always get personal attention and the quality of the jeans are great. Shop here!

I love buckles. They have a selection of sizes, including shorter lengths. I'm very short, but they ways have clothes for me. I love my buckle jeans.

Buckle is the only store from which I've purchased jeans in over 5 years, not just because of the AMAZING fit, but because they're the only store that regularly carries my size in every different cut they offer.
Of every location I've visited this one has the kindest, yet most tactfully honest, and dedicated employees. Walking thru the door of a store where the employees make commission it's far too easy to feel hounded and pressured into buying things you don't absolutely love, but that has not been an issue for me here in the slightest.
Even if you're just coming in to browse, and they know you aren't going to leave with anything, they will still be right by your side to give you great advice if need be, and if not, they let you do your thing.
