I’ve been so disappointed with the surrounding drive thrus lately that I have to say how pleasantly surprised I was by how kind everyone here was. They were all working together & the restaurant was very clean.

Harold and Kumar don't have anything on this place. Haven't had a little white castle sandwich taste so good. If your in the St. Louis area check em out they are everywhere...

Place is a complete 180 from last visit. Clean, including the bathrooms staff friendly and professional food order was correct fresh and hot.

The same classic delicious food, in all its cheesy, salt, greasy glory. Always quick and polite and accurate. Great location right by the dispensary.

Apparently was craving it. Needed something on my stomach really quick and was the only thing available. Pretty tasty, since it's been a while, but my bread was kinda WET and I DON'T LIKE THAT. I always get Double Cheeseburger, No Onions, Extra Picklets, Bottom Buns Only...PERFECTO!

Chicken rungs, made not to order, hot & fresh. Excellent service!!

Luv the chocolate shake, I would say fast food but this visit was lightning fast! I got my order within 30 seconds or ordering. My hats off to the man behind the counter!

This was our first time eating at this White Castle. We dined in, and the place was incredibly large, very bright, and immaculately clean. The food was great, and the people that work there were extremely and pleasant. Also, they had very clean restrooms.

Its my dads bday In a couple days. I was thinking what I should have. I usually have lunch with him on his bday but he passed several years ago so I eat alone on his birthday. It says on their site they are open 24 hours. Due to covid19 they close at 12am on weekdays and 2am on weekends. I rolled up in my rig (18wheeler) and walked up. She says they close. I says please i drove 20 miles to get here. That's a lie, when i decided on white castle i was at Indianapolis. It was 2357 when i saw my receipt. Thank you young lady. During the next couple days I will be depressed but because you served me when you didn't have to really made me smile and want to come back. Fyi white castle she was very polite and smiled the whole time. Thank you again young lady

Ernest was a very awesome worker . Always have a smile on his face . Always have a positive attitude. He never rush my order when taking it . He always recommends/suggests items. He has very very great customer service skills . Need more people on the team like him.

I live several hours away from the nearest White Castle, so whenever I go to St. Louis always buy a bunch(30 or 60). 1 or 2 are a perfect snack, while several can be a good meal. Tried the fish sandwich for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was compared to other fast-food fish! Staff was extra friendly ( even though it seemed quite busy).

They were very busy. I ordered 2 crave cases through their drive thru and had to pull up and wait a good 15 minutes. Burgers were worth the wait when I got home! Pretty sure they are short staffed like every place else but food was good.

Awesome food.

I already emailed corporate but this store was amazing my family and I visited we had two separate vehicles and ordered two 30 packs and a 20 pack of sliders. So we got 80 sliders. We live about an hour and a half from this location but we were on our way home from a trip and decided to stop. The food was still HOT when we got home. Everything was amazing I'm not even kidding when I say I've only been to this store three times but it has never failed to make my day.

2 times a year I have to get my White Castle fixing. This location is always on point. Service is great the food is always hot. The workers just need to make sure to give condiments and napkins.

I didn't go to White Castle I went to Arby's I went inside they had four working so they was busy but I got food fast and they was very friendly ,I took food home and I didn't get a product I ordered so I called them and they apologized and I went back and they didn't charge me ,the product I wanted wasn't on my receipt, so I'm still happy with the food and service
