I had only seen custom shirts from Blythe’s for all the area schools. However we took our fire dept shirt ideas to their team and asked what they could do. We were not disappointed! Chris B. is awesome and was very patient with us navigating this project. We couldn’t ask for a better outcome and now we have an online store for our members to acquire their apparel as needed. Great job Blythe’s!

Had a small issue, sleeve started to separate, with a brand new, one week old, letterman jacket. Took it in to see if it could be fixed and they got us a new jacket and transfered the patches very quickly. The customer service is top notch!!!!

I had a wonderful experience working with the manager, Chris. He and the rest of the retail team were very professional and pleasant to work with. They helped me customize matching shirts for a bachelorette party. They turned out just how I wanted, and I will definitely be coming back!

Not sure what's going on here but I can say with all the confidence in the world that Mr. Blythe is a very kind and generous human. If a person has pushed his buttons to the point of him being frustrated, then THEY are definitely the problem. His tolerance level is extremely high and he is not quick to anger. Nor is he greedy or obsessed with "the bottom line". I have worked in customer service for nearly three decades and can assure anyone reading this that Blythes is a wonderful place to do business with. Don't let a disgruntled customer and their little minions fool you.

I feel that Blythe's is always very good. They are knowledgeable and helpful in helping find the best products for my given needs. Everyone is friendly. I much prefer shopping at Blythe's than any "big box" store.

As a head coach of multiple sports at the high school level, I have been nothing but pleased with Blythe's and the service they provide for team sports. Mike and his team of salespeople (Zach, Jason, Kevin...etc) work hard to make sure you get the most for what you have to spend. If you are a local sports team and are in need of any type of uniform, equipment, customization, awards...etc They are all handled with great care and done in a timely manner.

Came in looking for a new gun, I had an idea of what I wanted but thanks to the knowledgeable and helpful staff, who made suggestions and told me about the guns instead of me just asking to hold it and them grabbing it off the wall for me, I was shown options I didn't know there was and decided on something different and much better than what I originally thought I wanted.
