Jake Hansen was so awesome and patient. I don’t think I’ve ever met another car salesman who I felt more comfortable with and not pressured. He did all the paper work on a more expensive car that in the end I could not afford. He took the time to find me the right car at a price I could afford. I really appreciate that. I left with a car I really like a lot and at a monthly cost I could totally afford.

I heard about this place from someone and I was looking for a place that would work with me through my credit challenge. I used the website to place my inquiry. I was then called by Rick and he let me know my options. He was very nice and not judgmental. He made me feel very comfortable to trust them to get me into a vehicle soon. I weighed my options and was able to check them out sooner than later! I went to the location and seen my already chosen vehicle, and was able to check it out immediately. The process was fairly fast and straightforward. I had received services that I was not expecting to get. Rick was very informative, helpful and understanding. He went above and beyond to get me into the car I chose. He did not try to sell me anything I didn’t want or made me feel like I should get anything less or more. It is a used car, so yes there are scratches and etc. The heat isn't working properly, so Mosse has helped me that as well!
