The UPS Store

I have always gone to UPS on Cumberland Drive in Valparaiso Indiana. The employees are very kind, and will help in any way. I live 10 miles away, and that is the only UPS I go too. The Manager was helpful to me, and his employees as well, jumping in when its busy. I have also worked with UPS in my profession, and the drivers are amazing. Respecting packages, and not just tossing in the truck, as I have seen others.

They were friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the customer service and the efficiency. I also thought the store was rather neat, clean, and inviting. This was my 1st time in this particular location and they made a great impression.

Leila is always polite and efficient. The store is always swamped but you'd never know, the way she handles herself and treats the customers. You are kucky to have her.

Visited this UPS store twice in the last week and the customer service is excellent. Despite the busy holiday season, they are warm, welcoming, attentive and helpful. They acknowledge people waiting and make every effort to expedite package drop-off. They turn print orders around very quickly and they are high quality. Highly recommend this location for your mailing/print needs!

This store in Valparaiso is the cleanest, most efficient UPS store that I have ever visited.

I went to the UPS recently and Debbie and Franceen were both working. I was so impressed with their friendly and professional work. The store was kind of busy and with each customer they were friendly, helpful and very thorough with their job. This is my favorite UPS store to go to because ALL the employees I’ve encountered have always been so nice. So many places it seems people are unhappy or give attitudes and every employee here greets you with a smile and genuinely seems happy to be there working with you and it shows with how they treat their customers! I definitely recommend the UPS store on Cumberland Crossing Drive any time you need to ship packages!
