I'm always pleased with McDonald's. The food is good quality and the prices are reasonable

I went through drive thru. They were fast, friendly and efficient .

I had such amazing customer service from a man at the drive thru yesterday 🥰. I wish I knew his name so I could give him a proper thank you !

Manager with short hair, mixed woman, she really went above and beyond for me when the app was malfunctioning, she held it together and my sandwich was hot and fresh and shouldve been pictured as advertising. She should be commended

for the amount of people they were serving and the help that did not show up to work there were only a couple of hustler workers that took care of the crowds. everyone else seemed to love to complain instead of just doing their job...felt bad for the 2 hard workers...

Excellent service! From the the kind gentlemen holding the door for the senior citizens to the kind hearted cashier. Clean, quick and great service!

I got to personally witness a Karen in full "may I speak to the manager" effect. Management handled it very professionally. The kid who took my order (tall darker skinned boy) was very polite.

Leaf lettuce looked like spinach did not get any of sauce packets but they pulled us to the side to make sure I order was fresh it was around 12 noon so everything should have been great but if I could rate it on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 5.5

They rock for accommodating you before 10:30 am when you want to order French Fries. You do have to wait but they are super nice about it and letting you know it will be about 3 extra minutes. On the other hand the McDs in Portage on U.S.6 are NASTY when you ask and they tell you they do not serve them until 10:30 am in a rude monotone robotic manner. I will drive the extra time to go to South Haven...just down the road!

Everyone’s very professional always smiling and greet you like your family restaurant is always very clean food is always nice and hot and fresh definitely will recommend this location to all family and friends and coworkers keep up the good job ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The day staff and managers treat you like a person and not just a number. They are very great about getting the order right and when they haven't got it right in the past they have been good about making it right. I normally go thru the drive thru and notice the wait time has always been good.

Fries were great! Hot enough to burn my fingers but didn't burn my mouth. That's the way to get them.

Didn't eat inside,so not sure about the atmosphere. Good egg and sausage Mc muffin. ❤

Quick service and the food was fresh and hot. Restaurant was very clean and my grandkids really enjoyed the kid's activity area.

The sausage biscuit was great but the price of tea is crazy! My mom got a half sweet half unsweet tea and was charged $1.30!! Evey other McDonald's around charges $1 for tea.

Loved it very nice lady they forgot a toy in my daughter's Happy meal gave me a new Happy meal with the toy.... two thumbs up

This is the only McDonald's that I know of that still has a play place without going into IL. The staff is always helpful and while they still occasionally mess up your order like anywhere else, they are very good at fixing the problem and have never given us attitude even with how picky or is are.
