O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Best meal there ever today! Got steak & cod and it was delicious. Tiffany was my server and suggested sugar free syrup in my water and it was amazing. I cannot have caffeine or sugar, ask your server. Server was attentive, friendly, and fast. Will recommend to friends!!

Food was on point tonight .. came here for my birthday dinner and wasn’t disappointed. Even my strawberry margarita was perfect. My waitress Hailee, was absolutely amazing as well. She checked on us constantly and was super friendly. Definitely need more like her!

Sydney did an amazing job with us this afternoon. The food was tasty, and brought out in an expedient manner! I don’t really understand why the reviews for this particular old Charley’s are as low as they are, but, my family and I have always been pleased with the service provided here. Great place to visit on a Sunday after church! Thank you Sydney!

We hadn’t been to O’Charleys in a long time, so we decided to try it again. The food was delicious and our server, Sydney, was awesome! My only complaint is that I was a little chilly with the overhead fans on, but I get that you can’t keep everybody comfortable. The kitchen manager came out to check on our food and gave us a discount card to use, which we were pretty pleased with! We’ll have to start coming back here more often.

The food was great, but I was looking for a different atmosphere, everyone has an oxygen rich atmosphere that’s not special, a gaseous hydrocarbon based atmosphere that’s exciting with all the fire and explosions, but may not be the best environment for cooking, well done anyone? But the atmosphere was breathable without special apparatus. I’m supposed to be impartial, but truth be told my wife works here. If everyone shared her level of hospitality, respect, and work ethic all these reviews would be 5 stars. They are trying hard and if it’s been awhile give them a chance to wow you. Mention a gaseous atmosphere and you may get a coupon for a couple of rolls with an entree. I saw a man ordering a kids meal, but no kids, a new employee tried to tell him kids only but he quickly said he left them out in the panel van outside, no matter the customer is always right (unless your talking politics). I love the whacky wavy inflatable tube man draws me to the place every time I see him out ducking and waving at mall goers.

The best part of my experience was the service. Kasi was amazing. Hope I got her name right. So professional and right on top of things.

The food was OK. I was looking forward to catfish like I had last month, which was delicious. Disappointed in the cook today, not cooked quite enough and different seasoning. The mashed sweet potatoes were very good and the asparagus just OK. I will be back.

The California salad is wonderful! The server was great and fast. I ordered the full so I could take home a portion and eat later. It stayed nice and fresh

Our server Julie V. was absolutely AMAZING! Very bubbly personality and came back several times for refills and to make sure our food was good without waving her down. She had several tables and NEVER missed a thing, she is a true hustler.

It was a very calm and inviting atmosphere. Our waitress Sydney was great and definitely made my day! The food was very good as well. Overall I enjoyed the restaurant and would be happy to come here again.

Came in 10 mins before closed. Got an amazing steak. Service was great new female manager was great!!!

The general manager for store 279 in Lafayette recommended the patty melt and it was the BOMB!! Shannell, our server was very on top of everything! Quick service, glass never empty and she was very personable and friendly!

Stopped by for a quick cold one (actually two), and this was my first time at O'Cs. The mugs were nice, large and frosty, and bartender Ashley was an attentive sweetheart. I decided to try the pickle chips. You can't mess deep fried anything up too much, unless you fry them to their death. They were delicious and added to the health factor of my beer! I will say I made two trips to the bathroom. It smelled nASStyyy!! I first hought maybe it was from a recent visitor, but after I hit it again before I left, I think it may be a floor drain. Maybe try bleach water down it...that was the case at a place I once worked. They had two air fresheners, but they didn't work. Something needs attention badly.

This place saved a very bad day, I left chilis before even receiving my food due to rude service. We decided to go to O’charleys and they did not disappoint at all. The server Hailee was an amazing and caring individual who made our day go much better. The food was amazing, the staff was amazing, and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. Thank you so much for shining a little light on a dark day.

This is the best service I have received at any restaurant in a long time. Rashad was amazing. Very friendly, smiled and made sure we had everything we needed and didn't run out. The food was amazing. The entire experience was great. We will definitely be back!

Honestly I enjoyed the manager Roe he is a very people person! Also Dakota was an amazing server! Last and not least I have always enjoyed O'Charley's food but meeting those 2 just made my experience that much greater! Thanks Guys you rock!!!

Our waitress Sky was extremely helpful and friendly and the food was delicious and arrived quickly! The best part was being very hydrated. 10/10

I hadn't been to O'Charley's for quite awhile but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good. I had shrimp with asparagus and a side salad. The salad was fresh and tasty. The shrimp were good size and cooked perfectly. The asparagus was well seasoned and delicious. Our server was attentive and courteous. I recommend O'Charley's.

The server Shandell is awesome and will be our go to server from now on. She is very quick and sweet and friendly 😊! The GM RO suggested the Patty O'Melt and it was my first one and so delicious 😋! I will return for more great service and food!!! Amazing store #279

Gotta give a shout out to our waitress I believe her name was Casey, extremely professional, kind, and definitely dedicated to her job. There were a couple things that happened that she went above and beyond on definitely wish there were more servers like her in the industry. If you see this thank you again for being so awesome our family really appreciates it.
