The service at this particular JCPenney store never ceases to amaze me. Where they find THE NICEST, most caring, and helpful staff is the biggest mystery in the Tippecanoe County area. Of course the prices are great. Of course their products are good quality. That's standard... what will impress you most is the customer service experience.

Friendly staff, clean store, wide selection.

We went to a photo session at JCPenney. Daniel the new manager there was very professional and friendly. He took beautiful photos of my granddaughter and really put her at ease. I would highly recommend this place for family photos.

I'm happy to see continuous business by you. Would be nice to provide motorized or battery chairs for the disabled. I would have shopped more and bought more if I had this handy.

I ordered new blinds for my house and Teresa , the Manager was so helpful…….
She gave me ideas and the best solution and it’s working out great !!!!!!

⚠Not rude in any way opinions are allowed⚠ I love this mall and for all to say they close early, they have families too and have to clean up after people they don’t know. But still get it done. The dressing rooms may be a mess during shopping hours but that does not mean that is their fault. Period. If you think you can keep it spotless for 8hrs, then get the job and you do it otherwise shut it. My grandma used to work there and the reviews now are disgusting. They have families and work hard just like everyone else. If you don’t like it. LEAVE!

Excellent experience! Went school shopping for my son. Most stores have a very limited selection for boys. I was happy to see so many things to choose from. Bought everything I needed for my son & the prices were so great I bought a 👗 for myself. :) Mary my cashier was a doll as well!!!

Nice store and has a great selection of big and tall for the bigger guy. Very good staff and the store is exceptionally well maintained.

Always a great place to get your money's worth. Great selection of clearance items to supplement my other choices. I never feel cheated after shopping there.

They have very nice clothes there. But now, thanks to the Shaq line, have very nice clothes that fit me. Now my new favorite place to buy nice dressy or semi dressy clothes. Very cool move. Thanks JCPenney and Shaq.

Amazing selection of clothing and decor. I happened to go one a deals week which was great for kids clothing and clothing for my boyfriend. Clean store, every staff member was super friendly! I'll be coming here more often. Only bad thing was one of the girls fitting room locks was broken.

The store is very clean and well organized. I found the makeup clerk very helpful!

I usually have hit or miss experiences with salons. Most have been awful, which has made me pretty wary and feeling the need to do my own hair, whether it be coloring or cut.

I have been here twice over the last few years and both experiences have been fantastic. I have nothing, but great things to say about them. I am one of those that wait until my hair is a mess before I go in. Neither time did I feel any disdain from the stylists over the poor condition of my hair and the expectations I had for them fixing MY mistakes.

This past visit with Bailey was probably all in all the best cut and color I have ever had. I have very thick, coarse hair and lots of it. I also have naturally red auburn hair, but as with all red heads, the pigment in some strands now comes in white or platinum, so the new growth comes in making me look like I have a 'skunk' stripe where my part is and all along my face.She knew exactly how to cut it and highlight it so all my concerns were taken care of. I now have gorgeous, envious, bouncy, manageable hair that no longer accents the lighter growth that comes in. I won't feel the need to color my roots every week to hide the new growth, it blends in and is now hidden.

I highly recommend Bailey to anyone needing a new style or color, but especially to those with thick hair. I've been to several stylists in the past that just did not understand how to work with it. Bailey worked wonders!

I wanted to purchase a swim suit today, but i could not find the one I wanted in the correct size. A lovely woman named Fatema helped me order the correct size and had it shipped directly to my house free of charge! 10/10 would ask for assistance again.

Went into our local JC Penny to find a new winter coat for my son. Their staff was super friendly and helpful though being super busy and what seemed to be under staffed. I would recommend this store for that notion alone but also including the great savings!

Absolutely fabulous! They have a lot more than my normal store I like.

Good selection and prices. Most employees there seem like they don't care, Skylar though goes above and beyond from my experiences with her in store. She is very helpful and polite!
