Shannon was incredibly helpful and insightful on different things we were looking at! She showed us and informed us on everything we asked about and even brought over different items she thought we would like (we did like them). She was very personable and made shopping in the store very comfortable.

Sheri and Kaitlyn are the absolute sweetest, most attentive ladies I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Truly, these ladies have a wonderful energy and care very deeply for their line of work and ensuring customer happiness. Usually when I’ve gone to Zales I’m met with a worker that doesn’t seem to have much knowledge or passion about their stock/items, but these ladies answered every question I had and left me with the biggest smile ever! Please, give these ladies a raise! They deserve it! I wanted to pay them just for talking to them, that’s how amazing their customer service is!

Kaitlyn was the kindest, sweetest person, cleaned and gave an appraisal opinion on my daughters ring. Sherri, the new manager was great, both ladies were welcoming, provided great customer service, unlike my last few visits to this location. We will definitely be back!!

They have taken great care of my jewelry when I myself did not. And my most recent purchase was a Christmas for my daughter who was with me. The care the saleswoman took to respect the "secrecy" for the sake of the gift was more than i could have asked for! Everytime I come here, they are so helpful.

Justin was very professional and listened to what we wanted. Unlike other stores we visited he was not pushy. He also didn’t treat us as window shoppers even though we didn’t buy that day, we went back a few weeks later to purchase.

I buy all my jewelry / gifts here, and bring jewelry to be repaired here as well and they always go above and beyond to help me!!
