Englin's Fine Footwear

Englin's has an incredible selection of footwear for all occasions. The staff is eager to help, and Andy was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as I asked all of my questions and tried on LOTS of shoes. In the end, I walked away with two pairs, and I am looking forward to wearing my new and insanely comfortable shoes!

Having visited many shoe stores over the Black Friday Shopping weekend, finding what we wanted was one of the goals. Englin's has a very wide selection of shoes to pick from. What was more pleasant than finding what we wanted was the helpful and kind staff at the store. Amy was absolutely fantastic and we couldn't have been happier with how well we were cared for during our purchase process. If you want to find what you want and be treated right, go to Englin's!

First time buying from Englin's fine footwear. Andrew is the best. Professional in every way possible. Found several styles I really liked. He measured my feet, which I asked him to do so. He went above in bringing several styles for me to try. Talked about the shoes structure. Never rushed me . This is my go to place for dress and casual shoes.

Went in to get some new shoes and left with 2 pairs. The salesperson was great, can't remember his name unfortunately, maybe Will??? He was very helpful and so friendly. I have shopped there since moving back to the area and have been very pleased. It's nice to feel at ease and not pressured to buy something. Will definitely be back soon for some more new balance fresh foam 👟

Today we went shoe shopping for two of my daughters. We went to several stores and had no luck for my middle daughter. Either limited sizes or styles. She is 10 and completely discouraged and frustrated. I suggested we pop into Englin's before leaving the mall and we were immediately greeted and asked if we could be helped. I told the employee (I'm so sorry I didn't get his name, but he was absolutely wonderful) what we were looking for and he measured her feet and talked to her about what she wanted. She thought he was very funny and she loved the shoes he brought out. He managed to bring out three pair she loved. We bought her favorites and her day was completely turned around. This was our first visit and will definitely not be our last. Going forward Englin's will be the first store we check out.

I stopped by Englin’s to see if they had any Birkenstock sandals, and I was pleasantly surprised at their selection. Not just for sandals, but for nice shoes of a variety of types, this store seemed to have a great selection even though it was a smaller footprint.

The salesman who helped me out was fantastic. Professional, courteous, attentive, and juggling a few different customers at the same time. He made sure to enter my phone number as well in case I needed to exchange my sandals and didn’t have the receipt.

I’ll definitely stop by here again if I have need for nicer shoes!

I highly recommend Englin's. I've never been disappointed with an order. Their shipping is very fast and they have great customer service. I don't live locally to a store, but am happy to order online and support them rather than a larger, corporate store. Thank you!

Best customer service ever. They were so busy, but Kent took time to help me find the right pair of shoes, and showed me some exercises to improve my plantar fasciitis. I will be back.

Great quality and selection. I visited the Lafayette store just before they closed, and the young gentleman working gave me full attention and customer service. In and out in about 5 minutes, and he got the sale!

My wife and I have bought several pairs of shoes from Englin's over the last few years. They have the most helpful staff and are always very patient with our crazy children. On the rare occasion that we have ever had an issue with any of our shoes, they have always resolved the problem for us. I will say there prices are higher than shopping online or at a discount store, but totally worth the few bucks extra. I have never had the type of customer service they provide from an online company or a big box retail store.

We were greeted at the entrance by a salesperson in a mask. She asked what we were looking for. After measuring my husband's foot she brought back 3 pairs that fit his description. We selected the pair he wanted. She said they were on sale. We purchased the shoes and were given a pair of "wild" socks. Service was great. In and out in 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

The staff at Englins is always beyond helpful. Terri (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) was a joy to interact with and worked to answer all my questions. Always a great experience!

I have shopped at Englin's for the past few years. I have plantar fasciitis and it turns out that as long as I wear Birkenstocks hard sole sandals and shoes, my feet are happy and don't hurt. The salesmen at Englin's have been very helpful bringing me many pairs, styles, and sizes to try on and have even ordered pairs that weren't in stock and had them shipped to my house at no extra charge. Once they knew I loved Birkenstocks they send me postcards telling me when their Birkenstock truck shows are and even call a few days in advance and leave me a message on the special 20% off show days. I've gone in the night before the show and bought shoes before and they gave me the discount. I just called in now and ordered a new pair because today's a Birkenstock sale and I'm home sick. They have my records that say what size and style I bought before so he knew exactly what to order me. He did it all by phone and gave me today's sale price. I'm a happy girl and was a bit sad to see their Google star rating was low. Because, as is typical, people only leave reviews when they want to complain. So I'm here to boost their rating and tell you, go show with Englins if you want supportive, cool shoes that last a long time.

I am a very regular customer! Love the customer service.....with being a preferred customer I get a phone call if there is an Ugg trunk show or a sale on Birkenstocks....its so cool for the employees to remember my name and shoe size!! The manager is the best...he goes above and beyond at times they may not have a certain style in my size...he checks online to see if they have them at another store and they ship them to my house! Love this place!

The best customer service! I ordered online and received the wrong size - In 20 minutes, I had shipped back my incorrect size and the new one was on its way.

Great place to buy good shoes. Especially when you have feet that are very painful if your not wearing shoes with adequate arch support.
