Depends on who's working what coupons you can use? Time before this stop was able to use % off coupon that came in mail & my reward coupon from my statement- however not this trip. Have to travel 40 miles to go to store using both makes the trip worth while

Found a nice winter jacket on sale for $75.+ 20% off. Will last a long time. But... Not a very big selection yet.

Really clean and quick to get what you need if you're in a hurry! The girl in the dressing room was super helpful and the cashier was awesome and efficient! 10/10 would recommend!!

The employees were quick to offer help and provide advice but also left me alone to shop around. Sometimes I feel like retail employees are trying to hard to sell something so I appreciated the balance displayed by the staff at Old Navy.

Like most Old Navy stores, this one is expansive. Lots of open space to shop without bumping into people. Always like the basic selection of clothing. You always know where to go to get a ringer T or a varsity T. And the winter clothing blowout was great. Sign up online and get $10 off $25 bonus coupons.

This is mostly directed at the online customer service, but you guys are fantastic. I've had to talk to Old Navy representatives 3 times today because UDS lost my package/left it somewhere where it got stolen, and each time they've been phenomenally helpful. They were able to refund my shipping costs and resend my package via a different service and each representative was SO nice and helpful. So thank you so much for the great job you are doing. My only complaint is to NEVER EVER use UDS as a shipping service, and Old Navy should drop them as well as they have awful reviews and truly don't do their jobs. But at least Old Navy is on top of their game.
