There was an issue with moving to the plan with higher speed(fiber).
It's still unclear to me why I have to manage Commercial/Technical/Delivery support by myself in additional to have 3 visits in MEO Office. Also, I do not understand why MEO need to send me a currier just for changing the router and cannot have any standard router in office.
However, it's solved. Thanks Fundao's office you do the best to deliver the service even to quite nervous client . These 5stars are just for you )
