We had a good trip here. Good was amazing, view is fantastic, and here you have always things to do.

A wonderful stay at this hotel. The restaurant was fabulous, service great, and worth the money.
The treatments were all great too.
I will return.

A fabulous hotel...always a pleasure to come back, this will be my 3rd visit three years in a row. The staff here couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is what you would expect...the hotel is spotless. The pool is just perfection...a constant 31°...with a cooler option if you wish. Food is excellent...the dessert options are to die for....dont come if you're on a diet! A well deserved 5* from me...and my friends.

Amazing hotel from the cousy decorations to the warmth of the staff you feel welcomed right from the start. The pool are also really funny especially if you have children however if you have sensitive skin you be mindful of the heavy chlorinated waters.

Decided to come to H2otel and celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary…. And it was totally the right choice..

The hotel, it’s services and staff were excellent, the food was amazing, our room was 1 of only 2 in the hotel (room 415) that offered specific, exclusive, and awesome amenities….the stay even though expensive… was worth every penny!

Our stay was relaxing and at the same time exciting… I’m already looking forward to going back…

Third time we stayed at this hotel and as always it's a 5 star experience in a 4 star hotel. The rooms are great, the wellness area (pools, jacuzzi, sauna, and so on) are exquisite and the breakfast is amazing in both quality and quantity with a superb service and a gorgeous view. Especially in the winter, you can have the amazing experience of swimming in the comfortably warm exterior/interior pool while looking at the snow top mountain. Just heaven on earth.

If your vacation goal is to relax, exercise and just take care of yourself then I highly, _highly_ recommend this hotel.

Top quality! Worth every cent you spend. The staff is incredibly nice, the restaurant has a chef that will guarantee you'll get great food, the spa services are great and swimming pools (which are the main attraction) are just fabulous. Only downside I found: you can't control room temperature, but that won't stop me from going there again.

Everything was really good. Pools are amazing to relax and to ease all sorts of pain. The suite was spacious and clean. Only thing that I recommend to owners is that there's no availability of a recycle bin in the bedroom

Perfect place to escape reality and relax. Good food, cozy rooms , awesome Christmas decorations and not too many people in the pools area. Also the hotel surrounded by amazing nature, this is a pleasure to walk around this small city and the forest.

Beautiful hotel with magnificent pools, jacuzzis, turkish bath, hammam (or hamame) and other water related relax "attractions"... Like waterfalls... :-) . The restaurant is ok but maybe not as impressive as the pools. Staff is very nice.
It is located in a very small village in the middle of Serra da Estrela and it is a wonderful place to spend a couple of days while exploring this area of the country.
In previous stays maybe I've enjoyed more the staff... And some minor areas could use a little maintenance... But it is still a place that I want to go back... and my kids insist on it...

Great place to take a couple of days to relax in a beautiful part of the country. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice spa and swimming pools. Rooms are a bit small but well equipped and the buffet of the restaurant is good, not great

Great location in between the mountains, with good access. Fantastic swimming pool connecting inside/outside, the spa is awesome with rich list of treatments (we tried the spa experience: antistress treatment+Vichy +bath and it was excellent for the massage with Sereia and the Vichy shower was great too). We had also a Chinese massage very well done. My wife arrived with a neck-pain and we left our stay without it.

Simply divine for those who want to relax, there is no better place. The Hotel has two water pools (indoor and outdoor), 2 bath rooms, 2 saunas, a wide space of jacuzzis, among other things. You must wear a cap and you can bring it from home. The breakfast is magnificent, with huge variety. The space is super well decorated and conveys an energy of calm, that provides a sensation of well-being. For two people, the bedroom has a super spacious bed, a flat tv and a bathroom with a very large bathtub as well. All rooms have a balcony. There are always activities during the day, which i recommend for thoso who stay several nights. I will definitely return! I give 6 stars because it deserves more than the maximum score.

Simplesmente divinal. Para quem quer relaxar uns dias, não há melhor. O Hotel tem duas piscinas aquecidas (interior e exterior), 2 banhos turcos, 2 saunas, um espaço só de jacuzzis, ginásio e outras coisas. É necessário touca que podem levar se casa. O pequeno-almoço é magnifico, com enorme variedade. O espaço é super bem decorado e transmite uma energia de calma, que proporciona bem-estar.
Para duas pessoas, o quarto tem uma cama super espaçosa, uma tv plana e uma casa da banho com uma banheira muito espaçosa também. Todos os quartos têm uma varanda.
Há sempre atividades durante o dia, que recomendo a quem fica várias noites.
Com certeza vou regressar! Dou 6 estrelas, pois merece mais que a pontuação máxima

Great hotel to relax and enjoy a few days in nature near Serra da Estrela. There are a lot of massages and treatments to do since it is located in a thermal spring. The staff was amazing.

Very good vegan options, just have to request upon reservation, great place to stay and relax

The bar was super, as well as a spa.

A good hotel, on a beautiful setting.
The Aquadome (an enormous heated pool) is a great experience.
It's definitively worth a visit. Great place for kids also.
