Absolutely the best gym on the island! Fully equipped with new machines, the changing rooms and bathrooms are clean. The gym area is super clean and the coaches keep everything in perfect order :)

This was the best gym I have been to, I fully recommend it if you are on vacation in Ponta Delgada and want to work out. I paid €35 for a 5 day pass. They have classes as early as 6.45am, perfect if you want to work out before starting a sightseeing day. It's very spacious, with a spinning room and an extra room for other classes. The machines are very modern and there is enough of them so that it does not feel crowded. Everything was clean . The coaches I had the pleasure to train with took the time to explain everything to me in English and were very welcoming. Definitely recommend!!!

A very good gym to train in with everything you need. There is a good mix of free weights, plate loaded machines, squat racks and leg machines, cardio equipment as well as an astro strip and racking for trx, pullups etc.
Extremely clean and the trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable.
It's a bit more expensive than other gyms in the area but you get more for the price, well worth it. Definitely recommend.

I love it. It has classes and all the necessary equipment for my exercises.

Great fitness with nice personnel and literally everything in it. You can train calisthenics there, crossfit or do fitness.

Das HL ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Ich war sehr positiv überrascht und trainiere am liebsten dort. Nicht nur das schön ausgestattete Ambiente, der gute Service, die vielfältigen Fitness-Angebote und die Personal Trainings überzeugen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Store mit Fitnesssnacks.

Sempre que vou a São Miguel é visita obrigatoria. Ótimo ginasio, dos melhores senão o melhor ginasio que já fui. Limpo, completo, organizado e onde tudo funciona, desde a recepção, monitores, professores, fisioterapeutas, pessoal de limpeza, etc. Altamente recomendável.

É um ginásio muito completo, com um staff muito simpático.

Não é um mero ginásio. É um como se fosse um lar, onde todos são bem recebidos por uma equipa fantástica! Desde a recepção, professores, equipa limpeza, gerência... relativamente ao equipamento é top e a salientar o espaço deste ginásio! Gigantesco. As aulas de grupo para todos os gostos com profissionais com provas dadas a nível nacional até.
As condições gerais....mais parece um hotel 5 estrelas.
