I don't say this lightly but this has been for us the best restaurant experience in a long time. The food was delicious, the staff well trained and kind and the price tag was rather affordable. A must try if you are in the area!

This place was an amazing surprise. If you go downstairs your will find a cozy room to hang out. We tried the Chuleton (the Portuguese version) and we loved it. The portion is more than enough for two people and the meat is delicious. It comes with fries and amazing mushrooms risotto. The servers and chefs were so friendly. Local wine is served here. A very recommended experience. For the quality meat they offer, the prices are reasonable.

Beautifully located on top of the mountain with an exceptional view over The Valley. Authentic but modern and well maintained lodge with very friendly, open and well educated personal who offer an amazing culinaric experience of traditional food with a very modern twist. Paired with one of the great wines, you’ll definitely have a great evening. Thank you for having us!

New place with excellent food nearby the Luna Hotel! It has great view and the ambient is very modern. Don't be fooled by the exterior, it is large inside. Food was delicious, we had codfish with mashed sweet potato and octopus salad both were excellent! Very friendly staff.

Very nice place in the mountains - the chalet is perfect for a romantic night out. The food was amazing and staff was very friendly. I highly recommend making a stop there!

High end cuisine reasonably priced with great views. Octopus with mashed potatoes was a winner, but menu changes often. Tasty and beautiful dessert too.

Probably the best restaurant in Serra da Estrela. Pictured here is a black angus steak, with mushroom rice and fried potatoes. The other dish is vegetarian nuggets. Came here 3 times in 4 days. 10/10 would come here again.

This restaurant was a very nice surprise. You enter in another dimension where you find at first look a nice little chalet. When you go downstairs you have a nice restaurant with the same cozy feeling. The staff was fantastic with great recommendations. The food was fantastic and the desserts were heavenly.

This little gem in Serra da Estrela offers excellent food combined with the most kind and personalized service. The atmosphere is very relaxed with its breathtaking view.

I’ve been here once, service by Marco and Joao been amazing!!!! The Chef was very good and explained how he made the beautiful food we had! Recommend it to anyone visiting the mountains. They would be very successful here in the UK, the loin with the chestnuts so bloody tender and the taste make you see stars! The horseradish and the seasoning is something I’ve rarely encounter in some Michelin stars here in the UK!!!!

This place was a delicious surprise. Extremely friendly staff (made every effort to accommodate our needs - 2 children under 3yo), very good food, cosy and pretty restaurant with great views. Definitely recommend!
