I booked my city tour the day I arrive in Ollantaytambo. As a solo traveller it can be difficult to find tours and much more expensive when not travelling with a group.
In that case the price was good for about 3hrs tours with a private guide was about 280 Soles. The entrance of the archeological sites was not included (70 soles) but you can use it also for Moray (it’s a tourist ticket). I visited also Pinkuylluna. It’s a good walk with lots of stairs.
My guide Alberto was knowledgeable about the history of the Inca, the culture. I have learnt so much with him. he would also take time for breaks when going up as I am not used to it. I definitely recommend Alberto and this company for tours, you can really see they enjoy the tour and talking about their history. Great experience !
