My stay at Urban Residences Rotterdam was truly delightful! The spaciousness of the apartment was impressive, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I was also pleased to find the apartment exceptionally clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The attention to cleanliness and the ample space truly set this accommodation apart. I highly recommend Urban Residences to anyone seeking a fantastic place to stay in Rotterdam.

Great location, beautiful view. There are enough dishes in the kitchen to prepare meals. If we come again, we will certainly be your guests.

The room was very clean, yes it had 🦟 , mosquitoes, everywhere in Europe has in the September, repellant needed. The staff very friendly. I will be going back definitely.

Really recommend, location is amazing, literally in the center of everything.
Public transportation is expensive there so it can save your money and time!
View from the window is unbelievable

Very beautiful suite. The rooms are super huge and have a beautiful view of Rotterdam from it. Though it's pricey, I'd definitely recommend this place.

We booked 2 apartments for 8 of us. The apartment was really clean and modern. We were enjoying the city view from the living room as picture showed. Room is comfortably and the staffs are friendly.
Walkable to everywhere and if you are the shopping area just stone away.
Definitely will come back again and highly recommend.

I had a great 4 days here while visiting Rotterdam! The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot or by bike. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is planning on staying in the city for more than a few nights.

Urban residences was our temporary accommodation when we moved to Holland from India. We stayed almost a month and it was blissful. The large apartment / apartment had good space, rooms are big, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is perfect for a family. The staff are very friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. The location is right in the centre with great connectivity. Pretty much everything is walkable. Highly recommend this place.

Very cool and nice building with great balcony the location is perfect

We are very impressed with the hotel! The rooms are huge and very well equipped. The views are amazing, we are in an apartment on the 15th floor. We did book a family suite on a lower floor but we're upgraded onto a higher floor into an apartment and weren't disappointed. I had to speak to the reception a couple of times before arrival on the telephone and they were extemely friendly and helpful. The check-in process was easy and quick and the receptionist was lovely very helpful with local amenities.

The hotel is very well located. There is literally a shopping centre outside the hotel and parking via lift access inside. We had a tesla and were able to charge it with no problems at the hotel charging point.

What a great place to stay if your on a city trip to Rotterdam. It's located right in the middle of the shopping and eating part of the city. Everything seemed a short walk away which was great, keeps you fit doesn't it
We upgraded to the corner studio which had great views over the city with its floor to ceiling windows. They all have this but the corner was just that bit more special.
The space in the accomodation was second to none, the two of us could have lost lived here quite happily. Comfortable beds, a large shower with a double sink and a complete kitchen.
You are able to park at the accomodation, entering the lift to the parking floor is s bit tight if someone is parked on the yellow line (no parking here) but it's still possible just be careful, I could see cars had touched the posts and the entrance to the elevator in the past.
Definitely a place I'd goto in any city if I was on a city trip. Great place to go and I can only recommend it if you want something a bit different from your average hotel.

What's not to like? This place looked almost too good to be true so we were slightly concerned about what we were actually going to get but it was exactly as we expected from the website!

So close to the centre with great transportation links surrounding the building (metro, trams, trains, etc) Wi-Fi for your specific room. Gorgeous views from the balcony overlooking Rotterdam. Incredibly spacious, feels like luxury equip with everything you could need - The apartment kept surprising us!

You're provided with all your basic essentials (pans, glasses, plates, bowls, mugs) as well as a coffee machine, fridge, dish washer and state of the art oven. You also have a TV, table with space for four people to eat. It was very hot during our stay so we were pleasantly surprised to find a fan which was frequently used with 3 strength options. The bed was comfortable, soft and came equipped with a remote which meant you could create your perfect sleeping position.

We stayed for 5 days which meant on our third day the apartment gets a little bit of a clean. We expected a bin change, maybe a little wipe down of the shower, sinks and some bleach in the toilet... We basically felt like the whole apartment was gleaming afterwards! Talk about going above and beyond... It looked exactly as it did when we arrived. When the cleaner turned up, we were half way through cooking breakfast (late) and she was very polite. She closed to doors to the bathroom & toilet whilst tidying to keep out of our way. We had left some washing up in the link and told her we would clean it after we'd eating breakfast but whilst we were out on our balcony enjoying our breakfast, she very kindly washed up for us!

We are very, very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend staying here! We will be back!

Excellent option for staying in Rotterdam. Breathtaking views from the rooms. Clean and well run residences.

We had a really nice and big apartment, it was really good to have such a big place. The staff was friendly. The location is exceptional, really central and it was convenient to have the parking inside the building. I would choose it again!

Wow, what a surprise. The apartment was extremely beautiful, with classy furniture - flos lamps and other pieces from famous designers. Extremely good value for money, as a studio apartment can have up to 4 bed spots. Perfect location in the city centre. Staff was extremely friendly.

It was now our 4th stay in the last 5 years here. Like i always said its perfect for visiting rotterdam. The view from the 16 the floor is amazing also the rooms are modern and clean. In summer are the bedroom a bit to hot. Just 2 spoons for 3 people.

All in all we will come again.

Nice and cozy appartments in very good neighbourhood. There are public transport stations around and all touristic signs can be reached by foot within max 20 minutes. Also a great place for shopping. The apartments are really big and clean. Every apartment has a balcony with spectacular view. Only bad thing are the many construction sites around. But you don't hear the noise with closed windows.

It is the second time that I go there and I have again enjoyed my stay.
This time I booked a studio and it was huge in a modern white style with all the equipments that you need (dish-washing, Nespresso coffee machin, oven, kettle, toaster, TV, Wifi...). I always love the view from these apartments . The unique thing you have to take care is that most of plugs are far away so if you want to use your laptop you may need a long cable or an extension.

Amazing accommodation. Beautiful view, excellent location. Not one single complaint that I can think of. We really felt like we had a place in Rotterdam, not just a bed. Staff were very friendly, cannot recommend highly enough.
