MediaMarkt Tech Village Rotterdam

My recent experience at MediaMarkt was fantastic! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the latest tech options. The store layout was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. With a wide range of products and competitive prices, MediaMarkt has become my preferred destination for all things tech. Great service and an excellent shopping environment!

I would like to share my pleasant experience with everyone. There were two colleagues - Walid & Steven Lee at Rotterdam centrum location gave an awesome customer experience. Walid from laptop section and Steven lee from Smart bar. Walid helped to make my shopping faster by suggesting the right product. Steven lee helped me with the installation of the device quickly. Thanks to both.

Always fun to walk around in the MediaMarkt, tons of different products and especially fun if you’re a tech enthusiast like me!

Besides that, it’s quite unfortunate that still to this day people steal keys from computer keyboards and it does not seem like anything is being done against it.

Huge store, with friendly staff that are happy to help you at all times. There is a nice little cafe that is in the store. There you can enjoy a coffee, a nice drink and a little snack. One can also buy coffee items from the cafe. Great place. :)

I was in contact with Çaglar, Dario, Jessie, Karan, throughout the process of my purchase of the TV. Dario and Karan were there for me throughout the selection process, awesomely helpful, understanding, that the money I'm about to spend is not a pocket change and I will have a LOT of questions, requests, and they've handled the lot in a really helpful and understanding manner.

They've been a big reason why I got my TV before my holiday.

Çaglar and Jessie were awesomely helpful throughout the process of me actually physically getting the TV, who displayed all the good traits in that process than what Dario and Karan displayed during the selection process.

I wholeheartedly recommend to look for Çaglar, Dario, Jessie and Karan when you're on the hunt for anything TV related!

Good choice for any kind of electronic or electric devices

I went to buy a specific budget smartphone and ended up with a different one for the same price, due to one of the staff ssying it was better. I now have a lovely, durable smartphone for a low price. I was also advised of the next best buy up. Very useful.

Helpful staff, good deals, wide range of products. The staff who assisted me seemed to have good technical knowledge of the products.

Everything you're looking for at competitive prices

Went to return a product which had a small defect after general use. Customer service helped me swiftly. Additionally, the employees at the headphones, pc monitor and washing machine departments were really helpful. Especially the PC monitor employee was very enthusiastic.

Went there yesterday, around 3pm, to return a laptop that I had just bought in November last year. The first time I tried to return something was years ago at the MM in The Hague and it was a nightmare so, I was dreading this one and was expecting the worst. However, the gentleman on duty yesterday, I forgot his name, tall Dutch guy, he was very friendly, helpful, and quick. He gave me all my options, he made it really easy, did the paper work and we were done in 5 minutes tops. I don't think MediaMarkt is famous for their customer-friendliness but this guy deserves a promotion. He should give some friendliness courses at all their shops.
