Excellent service! First visited the store in Rotterdam and had a good talk with one of the employees, who showed me all the fun toys they had and even jammed around a bit after which I decided to buy the Soma Lyra 8. I didn't manage to find the a certain colour of the synth online but they assured me they could find one, and so they did. After this they kept me updated with messages in a personal way. Really love the way they take the time to explain you things. The employees are very knowledgeable about all the gear. Simply great!!!

I had never heard it Volt Music Store before. I purchased a couple of guitar pedals (one of them was out of stock). Their prices were good and their service was great. If they don’t have something in stock, they can get it quickly. I would shop there again and would recommend them to anybody.

This store is absolutely incredible, I was looking for an RME babyface pro fs audio interface and they helped me so much they even agree to call me on whats app and support me with any info I needed ! Highly recommended store shipping was very fast 1 day earlier arrival than the estimated.

Bought a Moog subsequent 37. Delivery was very fast, and the help in the store was amazing!

We were in Rotterdam for a short weekend trip and while eating in one of the best Cantonese restaurants near Chinatown I noticed on maps that we were like really close to a synth shop. So after lunch decided to go check it out. Big was my amazement when I noticed that the synth shop was actually in a bicycle shop, the bike guys were busy selling bikes so I just had a look around the synth stuff. Pretty nice collection! Wasn't planning to buy anything so didn't need staff to help. All though I would have liked to give the modular a go, but no big deal.
Got some cool stickers to stick on my deck saver collection. Thanks for that! Sorry if I went a bit overboard taking stickers, but I love stickers and when it's synth related I love them even more :-)
