The employee of the Xiaomi Store was extremely helpful, super nice, and very friendly. He helped me with my looped in boot mode phone issue and gave sufficient advice about different mobile phone models. Don't believe in those 2/3-star reviews about this place based on some specific reaction or demand. It's all about people and circumstances. Some are nice and helpful, some less. The store is large, variety of phones very good (models 11, 12, 13), and my guy was absolutely great in every aspect.
