It's been a long time since I got my OW cert, hence I came here feeling both nervous and excited. But our dive pro, Celine, made me feel totally at ease underwater! She helped me get comfortable with the underwater environment again and taught me a lot about OW that I hadn't mastered before, like neutral buoyancy. The professional instructors, friendly staff, and reasonable prices are definitely why I'll be back! Can't forget the thrill of identifying fish, sharing fun moments underwater, and writing in the logbook with the instructors 🥹 See you soon, Flora! 🤿

From the first email on Flora Bay Divers stood out to us and after diving with them we can highly recommend their outstanding work and passion to anybody looking to start diving or explore the beautiful Perhentian islands with passionate professional guides beyond just San Choi Wreck.

We came with a group of friends that wanted to learn diving and enjoyed a very professional Open Water class as well as personal designed Fun Dives all around.

Kelvin, Zami, Henry, Celine and their whole Team are always happy to answer any question and help you find whatever you’re looking for under water.

Again we can’t recommend them enough, we enjoyed our time with them so much, we decided to come back literally less then a week later for more fun dives. I mean looking at that little paradise, how could you not want to come back?!

Enjoyed my trip in perhentian. You can see barracuda storm in San Choi! My friends was coached by instructor Kelvin and Celine. They enjoyed the course and rated 5 stars to both instructors. We definitely will come back 🤙🏻

My instructor Kelvin is always cool, gentle and patient. And he is very knowledgeable and always ready to help whenever you have question in any part of the open water courses. Meanwhile another instructor Celine who was handling another group of my friends is always happy and fun to interact with.

Kelvin left no one behind and always checking out that you are always safe and sound underwater. He will also remind you on your mistakes and certify you only when you are definitely ready to become a diver independently on your own.

I got my AOW cert from Flora and all I could say is their expertise, professionalism and passion for diving is unmatched. I had an amazing time here at Flora Bay and I've learnt a lot from them. We had a great experience at the Flora Bay Divers diving center. Our first good impression came from our email booking experience by having Siti that responded well to all our inquiries, via email and text message. The facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained equipment. Their diving center is also located nearby to the shore (about 5 meters to the boat), so you don't have to worry about carrying your diving gear, especially for those who have back problems.

I got Kelvin as my instructor. He is very passionate about teaching, patient, well experienced and knowledgeable and will keep you safe the entire time. There was a time where I panicked during my confined water session, but my instructor was patient and helped me to feel better and confident before he tuned it based on my skills. I had a wonderful learning session for my Open Water course and I would definitely recommend the Flora Bay Divers diving center to anyone who is interested in learning to dive or exploring the underwater world.

Got my PADI OPEN WATER cert with Flora Bay few days back and all I can say is: THIS IS TOTALLY AMAZING. Me and my buddies were guided by Celine, I got kinda nervous and slightly panic to do some underwater skills but Celine handled it very well and ended up I did it! She’s a strict instructor when it comes to skills as these are life matters but she’s a friendly person at the side. We had an amazing time at Flora Bay. THANK YOU VERY MUCH 🤿

Had a great experience with the Flora dive team. Initial contact was via email with Kelvin. Had a very productive Q&A over many emails. Answered my queries as quickly as humanly possible (even late into the night, which I did not expect him to. Appreciated that).
On the day of my dives, the weather wasn't great so we blamed the divine winds. Cyril took me on a one-to-one for my AOW (yes, early days in the dive season). A very patient gentleman and hugely encouraging. On a couple of our dives the highly energised Pauline joined us with her own client. She gave additional insights into my diving form. Good team work by the instructors to reach across.
Of course I was certified by the end of the trip. It's PADI.
I'll definitely return some day, soon, for more tune up and fun dives.

We contacted Flora Bay Divers for doing our PADI Open Water and it has been beyond 5 stars for us.

Without an inch of exaggeration, from the moment of first interaction with Siti (who responds to your queries and emails at lightening speed) to the next 9 days we spent with the incredible instructors Zamani, Kelvin, Henry and Richard - left us wanting to not leave at all.

It was quite literally like a family at Flora Bay Divers for us. Our instructor Zamani was beyond patient, incredibly experienced, and gave it his 200% trying to teach us during our course. The approach we’ve had from Zamani during our course was far more than what we were expecting and had left us wanting to do our Advanced Open Water with them. A huge plus for us was the accomodation package that was offered to us during our PADI Open Water was great!

Will definitely be back to FBD and even more so highly recommend the dive centers for their incredible staff, organized facilities, and top notch service!

The PADI Open Water Course, witch we absolved at Flora Bay Divers was going great! We were lucky to meet a really friendly, competent, passionate and patient diving teacher. He always explained us, what we can improve and helped us gain a lot of confidence underwater. Also all the other people in the dive center were veery friendly. We are thinking on our time at the dive center warmhearted. Maybe we will visit u guys in the future :) Thank you!

Had a wonderful time doing a Rescue Diver course with instructor Kelvin! Kelvin was very attentive, prudent and simply a nice person. The dive center is right on the beach, the equipment is super well maintained, and the dive sites are excellent as well!

I have nothing but great things to say about Flora Bay Divers. Everyone is helpful, professional and super friendly. They are really passionate about scuba diving and always wiling to share their knowledge. I'm glad I did my OWD course with them and it was sooooooo fun!

I had the chance to take my AOW course in Flora Bay Divers and I think I couldn't have made a better choice. Suanne was my instructor and she was thorough and comprehensive during all the sessions. She dedicated as much time as I needed to understand all concepts, and during practice, she kept giving tips to improve my experience and make me a better diver.

Went diving with flora Bay Divers. Awesome instructors Henry and kelvin. Very detail oriented and organised. Dives were well planned and executed. T3 was a good dive site. Interesting boulder formations. These guys take their safety seriously so you will be in good hands. Best briefings we have received and lve dived in five countries. All in a pleasant experience. Well recommended.
