Shari-la Island Resort

We had an amazing island experience.
The rooms are satisfying with hot shower and satelite tv.

The hotel provided us for breakfast (standard hotel buffet) and dinner is affordable, hats off to the grilled fish and the sauce. Yummayh!

Definitely looking forward going back again to this hotel for another island trip soon!

The stay was really top, we spent a good stay here, very well located with small path that leads to long beach ... very good spot for sunset with swings, breakfast included which is very delicious! The exterior is well laid out and spacious, with a view of the cliffs and turquoise-blue water, the staff are very smiling and so is the owner, 100% recommended !

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. It's have a private beach that very clean and clear water. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place to visit. I highly recommend this resort for everyone.

Very nice sun set and sun rise. The view from our rooms is nice, even every where u seat near the beach. The water very clear. Really enjoy my holiday at Shari La resort.

It was a wonderful experience given the prices and a great private beach experience. Staff was very friendly. They even arranged pure jain vegetarian food for us and room was clean so was washroom. We went in group and children were also there. They enjoyed a lot.

I recently stayed at the Shari-la Resort island and I cannot say enough good things about it! The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The food was some of the best I've ever had and I loved the variety of activities available, from the relaxing beach to the thrilling excursions. One of my favorite memories was going on a sunset point on their private beach and the water of the sea is clear crystal. The resort's attention to detail really impressed me, from the thoughtful amenities in the room to the little touches that made me feel welcome. I highly recommend the Shari-la Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation.

Location: about 25 min boat ride from Kuala Besut Jetty.
Resort: spacious with many verandahs and places to sit and relax, can also sit at outside areas facing sea as they maintain trees in the vicinity
Beach: Private beach, super clean and can see fishes etc in water.
Rooms: decent with verandah outside chalet, reasonable ambience inside and bathroom. Has small living room. Being own coffee n tea or just buy at resort.
Food: lunches were great as we took package, bbq buffet also good n candle light dinner can improve a bit with variety.
Staff: Now this is best part, super friendly and accommodating as my hubby has food allergy and staff really communicated well to chef to ensure all was good for him. Tq AP, Fridays, Rahim n everyone else that always greeted guests with their smiles. A reason to keep come back.

There is nothing to complain about, it is a wonderful place. The resort located next to the beach. There is a convenience store. The bungalows are clean and well maintained. There were wide selection of delicious foods. The prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The island is wonderful. Snorkeling and diving is available right in the resort.

Nice and good place to stay. Offers clean rooms and toilet. Food is good and cheap. Offers private beach with fantastic view and a small restaurant at the private beach with fresh fruits drinks and canned drinks. Offers family room. Friendly staffs. Not much night activity at this place. Its 15 minutes walk to the long beach which have beach bar and fire show. Offers cheap dinner dinner buffet with mainly local dishes, desserts and 1 grilled menu which is choice of some seafoods or chicken offered.

Staying one nite here. The room is spacious. Love the interior design of the room. But i think better the toilet near to front door coz after sea activities with wet clothes, i need to walk passing the area of living hall. The resort have their own beach. Beautiful with blue sea. You can play with fishes. Kids love it very much. The other resorts located at the same part of island, doesnt have nice beach. Full with mud. Definitely will come again to sharila.

Awesome resort, it has it's own indoor beach area. Which is very beautiful. Delicious breakfast 😋 and amazing views . Will visit again InshAllah.

It was a last Minute reservation, and got a good deal via Agoda . The facility is a bit old but in a good condition.
I got the Standard Room and its equipped with A/C.
The resort is near to the taxi drop off which will make it easy if you have heavy luggage.

Nice n cozy accomodation at a reasonable price. Nice breakfast. Has its own attractive snorkeling spot,which is very suitable for kid just a few steps from the resort. Very recommended

Shari La isn't only about an island and beach. It's all about nature.

We would like to thank Mr Azizi who guide us when we were on a group vacation. He gave us such an amazing moment which we won't forget.

The staff over there are really really nice. I like sanjit the guy who bring your bag to room (sorry if type wrong). He's very nice, he give us some idea what to do over here.

You can also go for a walk around 45mins straight to windmill and after that you can see such an amazing view. Looking for long beach? Only 15-20 walking distance to there. Outside hotel food also got at there.

Gorgeous hotel compound! I think, the best place on the island. Moreover, I liked high service level. Perfect cooking of the restaurant. And the most important thing is indescribable beauty!

This place is located at Small Perhentian islands. It is close to jetty. In the place, it has Golden Sand beach where beautiful corals and colourful fishes can be seen. The facilities in the resort all are good except for internet. Hence, it is great for outside world escapee. The resort also have swimming pool but it only fits for children. The resort akso convenient for those who are using wheelchair. They can move around in the resort except to the beach.

Probable the most well mantained resort from the smallest Perhentian Island at least at the start of the season in 2018 and definitely the largest. Free wireless Internet for guests and tourists. It has a beach with a coral reef exactly there which makes it ideal for snorkeling and duck dives/free diving for beginners. The coral bay and the Jetty are exactly there. Also is on the west side of the island which shields the beach from the lasts waves of the monsoon. When on the Longbeach the waves reach up to 2 meters, in the same moment on Romantic Beach the sea is calm and visibility much better. My rating is only for the outdoors, the resort itself, the architecture of the small houses and foot paths and the water features (not for services or rooms). Maybe only Ombak diving resort which is nearby but much smaller has a similar attention to details and a good taste in decorations.

The stay are Isolated and spacious, have a private beach to swim in, only the setback is that the water heater sometimes work and sometimes dont.

Very Beautiful view, Nice n polite staff, nice n clean room,delicious food. Romantic places and i miss that place already.. I will repeat!! just wait..
