Great customer service by Miss Lee and Miss Syuhada. First time buying multi focal and they were very patient in explaining everything nicely.

Was drawn to the shop by discounts for sunglasses shown prominently at the shopfront and at the Ray Ban display.
Upon asking for help on the Ray Ban selection, was greeted warmly by Irfan.
Irfan showed great patience in showing a large number of models of sunglasses, each time with an explanation on the differences.
He showed quick intiative in sourcing sunglasses of similar shape/size across a few brands upon catching on quickly the sunglasses type that was more to my liking.
Irfan was friendly and understanding throughout my admitedly lengthy try out process.
Really appreciate his help and input, resulting in a satisfied purchase.
