BHB Warehouse - Ban Hin Bee Sdn Bhd

I had a very good experience with this BHB shop most recently. Their store manager was very nice, very responsive on request and prompt to WhatsApp message reply.
After waited so many months, my house is ready to install these appliances, goods are delivered on time as scheduled. Despite of shortage of manpower due to multiple delivery at the same time, they still stick to the schedule without fail. The malay driver is also the delivery man who was very helpful and committed to his job, never complain despite that there are so many things to be carried up to upstairs all by himself.
Overall, my experience with this shop is excellent, I can’t say anything more than saying a BIG THANKS to them!!! Very pleasant experience with them.

Good experience with BHB. My fridge broke down and I managed to get the new fridge within 2 days. They also helped to collect the old broken fridge.

They even tested with the customer to ensure everything was functioning before leaving. Very professional and polite. My delivery was performed by MTA001 and FWN011.

I am so pleased with the bhb warehouse delivery man. They have done an excellent job to call me early in the morning to fix the delivery time. They also kept to their promised timing at 5pm. They carried my refrigerator up to the 3rd floor so cheerfully. They installed the fridge and explained what to do. Bravo to delivery man MTA001, MFH001 and MAM008. Excellent delivery service guys🙌

I bought a set of oven and microwave oven at a discounted price 2 years ago and had them delivered today. Ms Theresa from KitchenTech was very patronising - she helped us retain the item and arranged for delivery to our unit. The delivery guys (MSS001 and MDM001) handled the packages carefully - they patiently waited as I arrived a few minutes later to open the door for them. If you need an oven or other kitchen paraphernalia for your new house, I'd highly recommend contacting Ms Theresa to help you get the items you need at the best price!
