CU Gurney Plaza

Visited this Korean lifestyle convenience store recently. It's well-organized, and even my 10-year-old easily spotted the advertised packet-flavoured drinks. The dine-in area is a nice touch for a quick break or snack. Worth checking out!

Good service

2022년 6월 28일 방문. 거니프라자 지하1층에 위치한 한국편의점 CU. 케이팝 아이돌 노래가 흘러나오고 익숙한 편의점 한국상품들. 이 곳에 있으니 여기가 말레이시아인지 한국인지 구분이 안간다. 직원분 친절하고 매장 넓고 쾌적하고 깨끗함. 즉석식품인 떡볶이와 치킨, 김밥 등 먹거리가 풍성하다. 즉석라면조리도 가능하여 라면 먹으러 와도 좋을듯.

This CU Mart is simply amazing selling a wide range of foods, desserts, buns, drinks, etc.
Great place to stop over for a quick bite and to quench your thirst.
Unfortunately, it's understaffed, especially during weekends and the chairs and table are NOT cleaned and are disarrayed.
The service is poor and slow in making drinks, heating food, etc.

Useless shop. Remember this useless manager ask thing and calling he also didn’t reply and just scored back us. Be careful of this guys may be have something wrong

I ordered the k-cheezy (spicy) corn and ate it, but the mozzarella cheese inside was hard and the food was cold. Can this food be sold to customers?

The staff here always confuse with no idea what to do. Same item can be unavailable for weeks to month even though the item was shown in the banner and promo. Set is not available even it on the menu. The staff only priotize in cashier, if you ordering food to eat on the spot u might need to waitttt.... And BTW the food is uncooked. Soup is cold and noodle inside is not cooked. Does the management of CU Mart aware of this specific outlet with all these issues?

Stupid bangladeshian. I ask him for paper bag. He reply rudely to me. So stupid hired this kind of attitude.

The WORST CU I have ever visited. I am not a person who fancies CU Mart. However, I was only interested in purchasing their Gimbap and several items for my family. The experience was awful. With that, let's start off with the customer's experience. I am not sure why there was only one member of staff present at the time, but they really have to do something about it. One personnel who multitasked is just not going to suffice, especially on weekends. Long queues can be seen from afar. Not to mention that the store was also extremely dirty, despite the fact that this CU Mart is relatively new compared to the stores there. Aside from that, the one cashier aforementioned had the most unwelcome gestures towards customers. Not to point fingers but I think its evident that most customers will know who I am referring to (Refer to previous review below mine). At first, when i went up to the counter. I would expect a gesture of welcome, however, none were expressed. Moreover, she looked at me and gave me the eye signal and then proceeded to express intentions of being interested in what i would like to purchase. Then, when i told her what i would like to purchase, she reluctantly took my order. Standing there helplessly, I waited for her to ask her if I could pay. The worst part is, she had the audacity to convey in a rude manner that I could pay and she made it look like I hadn't noticed it. It was apparent that no signs or the matter of fact gestures was made that I can proceed to payment. SHE IS THE RUDEST PERSON THAT I HAVE EVER MET. Not even a verbal say of thank you was heard after I collected my order. What a joke to a well-established brand such CU Mart. I really hope her higher ups do take note of this. If not, CU Mart in Gurney Plaza will meet its end sooner than expected.

Plastik kena cas rm1 ya. Kalau yg jenis shopping bag ok lg ni plastik nipis 😂Masa mula2 my sis tny brp staf tu jwb slow sgt mmg x dgr. 3x baru dpt tangkap rm1. Mgkin staf pn segan jgk. Sdgkn area KLCC pn cas 20sen ja. Tak pasti plak kedai lain dlm plaza ni cas brp. Staf pun x mesra alam x nmpk senyuman sikit pn ala alaa 😅
