Great mall . Nice decoration. Many eateries and shops. Can get clothes and accessories, CNY goodies - - cookies, decoration items, hampers.

Totally impressed with the CNY walk 2024, really a well organized event for family and friends during CNY 2024. Reasonable price for nice race pack, super cute medal, great MC, exciting lucky draws and etc. Great job 1st Avenue mall for organizing such a fabulous for local penangites and tourists ❤❤❤🧧🧧🧧

I went shopping spree here. Many cheap shoe store. Not too crowded on weekend

The nearest shopping mall to Penang Cruise Centre. It had large variety of shops, restaurants and ambient atmosphere fro short Penang stopover. Good place if you do not to wander far from the cruise ship.

I visited this shopping mall primarily because of the Mr. D.I.Y outlet, but I must say there are other high-quality tenants, including various shops, fast-food restaurants, and a cinema in the mall as well. Although the mall isn't very large, I believe it should be sufficient to serve the surrounding population of George Town.

Wonderful shopping and eatery place. Some shops like brand outlet, Padini and FOS sells reasonable price items. Old town white coffee have nice food too.

Just like Prangin Mall, I envy those living in Georgetown being able to enjoy these 2 malls, it has one of the best arcades in my opinion, yes KB Fun. I play only one game there and it's MaiMai, sad that the arcade won't update it (because it's not the OG console but oh well, live with what we have right?) other than that, the variety of food courts and stores there is amazing; Texas Chicken, A&W, Tealive, Village Grocer, etc. Love it!

This shopping mall is located in center of the Georgetown. With good multi-storey car parking system. Decent choices of outlets for all age categories. Movie, F&B, shoplots. Everything is there.

Depends what you want to look for. Although many would go to Gurney area but this mall is also good if you are in the town centre near Komtar. There's several restaurants and some cafés like Starbucks and J.
Co for example, as well as clothing stores like H&M and Brands Outlet. Several sports shop too. A good alternative for less crowded mall to go to than a crowded place like some other malls.

I really like this mall, it is well kept and clean, and quite calm environment inside especially compared to Komtar and Prangin Mall. The less crowd is a plus considering that it is located right in the middle of Georgetown city centre. They have quite a number of famous outlets like Starbucks, Parkson, Texas Chicken and the only A&W in Penang.
There is also TGV cinema at the 8th floor.
You can also view the city from the Pavilion View Deck.

One of the new mall in the town Easy to find and park. Many retail shops,restaurants and other businesses are located inside. Good place to hang around.

Decent mall if you're looking for high end stuff. There is also a Village Grocer in the basement, along with some snack franchises and a bakery. There are Link Bikes right in front of the H&M, as well as enough space to ride them on the pavement.

Nice shopping mall. They have all international stores that matters and also a nice coffee and perfect grocery shopping with a lot of kinds of fruits

A great shopping complex with varieties tenant. Enjoy your meal here at the ground floor and enjoy shopping. It is near KOMTAR in the city center. There are lots of parking spot inside the building and also outside it. It is connected to Perangin Mall with a covered bridge.

1st Avenue Mall is a must-visit destination! It offers the convenience of parking in one place with walkway connections to Komtar and Prangin Mall. Paying just one parking fee to access three malls is a fantastic deal, making it a smart choice for shoppers looking for variety and ease.

This place is way way better than Gurney Paragon! dead town there.
