Lots of eateries and retail shops. Our favourite is Parkson. Went there to look for Chinese New Year clothes and accessories. Not disappointed. After all the shopping, went for drinks at Starbucks Reserve. Another fruitful outing to Starbucks. We also had a nice time , soaking in the majestic setup to usher in the year of the Dragon.

One of the more famous malls in Penang, with some extravagant Christmas decor. All kinds of stores here, including food and baked goods! Paragon is just a walk over. There’s also a small market area on the ground floor.

We loved strolling along this plaza. This plaza has a lot to offer, they have plenty of restaurants, fast food, bread stores, cafes, branded clothing lines, hair salons, and cinema. My parents usually buy fresh fruits such as strawberries, grapes, fresh cut watermelon and snacks from the supermarket located at the basement level. My mom bought and enjoyed her favorite Cempedak Ice Cream on our last day in Penang. We were also lucky when we visited, there was a mooncake festival with lovely decorations, and many vendors selling varieties of mooncakes at a discount. My mom bought several varieties to take back home. They have a food hall offering various dishes too. There was a bit of construction going on in the front lobby area, while we visited the plaza, but no need to worry, since the security guards are very organized and they managed the traffic of the incoming visitors quite well.

This mall has everything you need! From food, to electronics, to services - it has everything in one place. Nice to walk around when it’s raining outside or to escape from the sweltering hot weather!

It’s nice to admire the Christmas decorations, and we had fun shopping in Watsons, what with the multiple promotions they are currently having 😂. Went there many times to get household items at a super discounted rate! 🫶 Truly bringing out the auntie in me 😁.

It’s also right beside Gurney Paragon, which is a very old and stale mall in comparison to Plaza, lol.

The Haagen Dazs outlet in the basement has to be one of the better ones the franchise has in the city. We tried the strawberry cheesecake and macadamia nut flavours. Top-notch!! Service was friendly, too. Happy days 🍦😋 .

The Chinese New Year decorations at the mall are a sight to behold. Very well done. The shops are also all decked up for the grand occasion. We were served very well by a young man at the Skechers outlet. Very humble and kind service. At the food court Mr Shawerma was better than before. The chicken was well grilled and was delicious.

Update 1: The Christmas show is on. Great vibes and the decorations fill you with the zeitgeist of the festive season. Credit to the organisers to have the Christmas decorations made primarily from recycled material. The temporary stalls near the Mango showroom are selling some beauties. Lovely. Just clean your toilets more often with the additional footfalls in your premises.

Older review: Beautiful Deepavali decorations have come up at the main atrium. It is a bustling mall and usually more crowded compared to the more exclusive and upmarket Paragon down the road. On weekends it is quite a challenge to even get a footing on the escalators.
The food court is quite nice with a large variety of foods. Some of the other restaurants are pretty cool too. With the new restaurants and bars opening in the neighbouring G Hotel it has become quite a food destination, albeit at a slightly higher price point.
The cinema halls which we have not been to in a few months was in need of some TLC during our last visit. Some shops seem slightly short-staffed and this probably reflects on the level of service. But some standouts with decent service and good products are Bread History, Home's Harmony, Maxis, Daiso, Skechers, Swarovski, Popular Books and the Nespresso boutique.

Many lovely shops and restaurants to choose from. Clean and well maintained. Probably because it is fairly new.

A great option to spend half a day with 100s of shops to buy and eat.
If you like to explore local cuisine, head straight to B1 level for some authentic options.
Restrooms are well maintained and neat.
Many bars have happy hours too.

Love this mall! Lots of shops ranging from fashion, beauty, food, and lots of others. There’s also a food court which has lots of varieties of food. On the top floor, there’s a cinema, gym and a place for karaoke. On the lower ground floor, there’s the car park and a big supermarket and lots of food shop lots, that sells stuff such as sushi, bread, waffles, pretzels, juice, and there are some restaurants too.

Totally recommend coming here, I’d rate this 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I love strolling around here. The vibes is lively. There are a lot of tenants and kid friendly. I visited this plaza two days in a row. Have baby care room which is so helpful for a toddler parent. A lot of tenants you can go for shopping, eating or simply grab some coffee. Overall we love visiting this plaza
