Angel Diver

LOVE IT!!! Thanks to my awesome instructor Billy, fellow OW divers and whole Angel Diver families made one of my bucket lists checked. Even though the trip is a solo trip, eventually I don't feel lonely with the Angel Diver family. Everyone keeps sharing the dive experiences and tips which help lots to realise this trip comes true. Thanks again to Billy for the great underwater pictures and videos shared. 100% will come again here for maybe Advance course? Lastly, highly recommended to those looking for a dive course with great services and prices of course. Adios, till we meet again!!!

Angel Diver gave me an amazing diving experience. We just finished the OW course here. Although we are from China and can only speak broken English, the diving instructor Nas can make us understand the OW course with just simple vocabulary. Angel Diver has a great atmosphere. The staff here like to joke and are very enthusiastic. Sometimes I even forget that I am taking the OW course. It gives us a home feeling. 🤙🤙We met a lot of nice people here, you are very easy to make friends in this kind of atmosphere you know😹😹, I have to say thank you for everyone here, all of you guys help me so much, especially Jannati, a smiling girl who came here to take the DM diving license. Good luck Jannati, you can do it. 😊😊

The most commendable thing is that Angel Diver has a strict diving equipment management system. In our first class, we were taught how to use the diving equipment and how to clean and maintain it after use. So that I feel safe every time I dive, because the equipment you use for diving is carefully maintained by others. 👍👍

By the way, there are a lot of mosquitoes in Perhentian, please remember to bring mosquito repellent, otherwise you will not be able to have a good sleep.Lol

Amazing experience with excellent instructors.
We did our OW with Yle, and Advanced with Duncan. They were patient and professional, making us feel safe at all times.
Also we did plenty of fun dives with Azri, who is a great and very fun dive master.
Thank you guys for making us fall in love with diving, and showing us very cool stuff underwater.
We couldn’t ask for a better time!

Highly recommended for a good diving experience in Perenthian islands. The staff is incredibly kind, Joe supported us for the whole booking and transfer from and to the airport and to the jetty. Also the instructors and the dive masters were very attentive and caring, diving with Azri was a true blast. The quality/price balance is good for the accommodation and services provided

We love you Angel Divers! Thank you so much for the awesome instructions and being great hosts. James helped us check in and reorganize our training a bit. Yle was our instructor/dive master. She's a sweet heart, very patient, and friendly :). Karen also lead a few of our dives while she was training to be a dive master (I think) and she was awesome as well.

Overall their dive certification courses are super cheap $$ and a great value compared to others in Long Beach, not to mention their packages include transport to/from the island, breakfast, accommodations, a few lunches/dinners, and coffee/tea at the shop.

The shop has a great vibe, everyone is friendly, and they are knowledgeable about surrounding dive sites. They were professional enough to cancel our first dive day because of rough surf conditions, which I'm thankful for... brand new divers in choppy water wouldn't have been good.

Highly recommend you check out their shop and book one of their courses or just go fun dive with them. We took the PADI open water course with them.

We did our open water certification here and the experience was INCREDIBLE.

Duncan was our instructor and he was absolutely phenomenal. We felt comfortable with him right away, he is the definition of cool, calm and collected. He was so clear and thorough when he was teaching and answered all of our questions with tons of knowledge (and patience 😅). He had the best balance between being friendly/funny but also serious so you really felt like you were in safe hands. Couldn’t recommend him more.

The rest of the staff were brilliant as well and the general atmosphere in the shop is really warm and friendly. I can’t comprehend how insane the value for money is! We loved it so much we stayed for a fun dive after we’d finished the course!

Such an amazing dive company, the people were all so friendly and welcoming and treated us so well! Took us to all the dive sites we wanted to go to and gave us lots of tips and help for further journeys. 10/10 would recommend! Special shout out to Willy and Ayie! Thank you for making our diving so good

Have a very awesome overall scuba diving experience with Angel Diver at Perhentian. Friendly, kind and funny DM for all the dives. Will come back with more fun dives. Accommodation comes with 1 towel and blanket for dorm type. Just that during my visit, water heater sometimes is not working. And beware of mosquitoes and wood spiders.

We did four dives with Angel Diver through their fun package and really enjoyed it! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable - Duncan, one of the DMs even fixed my husband's dive watch! Azri, the DM who led our dives, was great :) really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend diving with Angel Diver!

Absolutely unreal. Honestly one of the best experiences of my life and I attribute that entirely to the amazing dive instructors at Angel Diver.

Firstly - I came with terrible anxiety about doing my PADI Open Water (was convinced I wouldn’t be able to equalise for some reason), but my first instructor Billy was absolutely great, answered ALL my questions (of which there were many) with plenty of knowledge and insight, and overall made my first diving certification experience a blast. Also took some fantastic footage of us at the end!

Then, I decided after much deliberation back and forth to do my Advanced and am SO happy I did. Duncan was phenomenal, immensely patient and helped me navigate my greatest fears (which was the Deep dive) with true sensitivity and confidence. I felt super safe the entire course and had the best time identifying tons of different fish and marine life with him. He really knows his stuff! Extremely thankful to him for such an incredible diving experience and some truly precious, lifelong memories!!

Azryyyy - Such a wonderful, warm and lovely presence at the dive shop. I did my night and wreck dives partially with him and he made them so fun!! Had me laughing under water a ton, and generally loved having his great energy around. Very happy to have met him and highly highly recommend doing fun dives with him!!

Yle - Super lovely lady and although I didn’t get to dive with her, we did spend several group dinners together and she always had me laughing - plus I loved her 3 things I’m grateful for exercise! She is awesome and I wish I got to know her more <3

Overall - a beyond 5 star phenomenal experience. I loved every minute of my dive experience with them (stayed 6 days) and feel like I learned sooo much. They really do make you feel so at home and are also super professional so you always feel like you’re in extremely safe hands - and are likely gonna see some sick fish!!

My love to the entire Angel Diver crew (including Joe who was unbelievably responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking and organizing process) - thank you guys so much for everything ❤❤

It was a great experience! The people are super… I forgot my camera on the island and without hesitation they sent it to my next location in Malaysia. Real angels :)

Well I don't know how to swim. Though the passion took me underwater at the marvelous Perhenthian Islands. I am thankful to the team angel diver (Rayce, Anderes and Lauren) for making it possible for me to have 3 dives. It is was my lifetime experience moment. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely fantastic dive shop. I came here for Open Water certification, and I stayed for Advanced and fun dives. The instructors are all very friendly and professional, and the shop quickly becomes a fun place to hang out. The dive sites are really nice, and they offer a great variety with reefs, wrecks, night dives, deep dives, etc. And with the accommodation/food packages, you simply can’t beat the value here. Thank you Angel Diver!!

Great staff, best price for open water course on the island, dorms were good compared to other accomodations on the island (dorms are better than bungalows), good vibes as well, not too many people so easy to interact with others.

Perfect dive shop with many divers in and out of this homely and fun loving place. My friends and I (group of 5) joined Angel Diver for leisure dive trip and we had a wonderful time with the staff and our dive instructor - Rais. Their dive packages are not only wallet friendly, the people and experience makes us want to return for more!
