Good price for the budget travelers. Arabian food restaurant.

Good location.

Small toilet with no holder for the shower head. Water pressure was very good.
Only free TV channels..limited to 3 or 4 channel only, channel reception very bad.
Wifi coverage very weak or none at room, very good at lobby areas.
Please be careful with receptionist as they might dupe you during payment, they will charge higher than exact amount. But printed receipt according to exact price.
Photos of room size was not what you see in their advertisements & app (OYO App), far more smaller than what you see.

That one star was only deserved for its location. Pasar malam Batu Ferringhi & the new Ferringhi Walk were right in front of it. For the night, we booked for 1 queen & 1 single beds. The room was old, dusty & animal droppings were on the floor. The beds were dusty & there’s even hair. The toilet was small and moldy, its door was broken & couldn’t lock. It’s like the room was left since the last housekeeping session a long time ago. The price didn’t match the quality of the room. Really disappointing.

The lice and mice hotel.
I was given a room which mice was wandering around and left waste and dropping. I seek the assistance at the front desk but i was handed a insect repellant spray. I was told the rooms were fully booked. No other room to transfer to. I contact Agoda cs, then I was transfered to a new room but with  spoiled toilet door. It fell off.but that was not the worst thing that happen apart from the mice dropping. The next morning i woke up with bed bug bites scattered on my body. It getting worst in the afternoon. I should have another night stay. I checked out immediately. No refund but only on non stayed night only. Dirty hotel..i paid rm124 per night just to be bitten by bugs.
