What more can be said. The hotel is 100% 5 star in all aspects. Clean, modern lovely rooms. Can't fault the team and their exceptional service. Infinity pool is great with fab views over the sea. Food brilliant. More sun umbrellas are needed, but I believe these are on their way. A wonderful relaxing hotel.

The personel was always helpful and smiling and you couldn't put a finger on anything 🙌 The food, the rooms everything was excellent.

I highly recommend booking the massage for 90 minutes, which you book around a month in advance. It was heaven and a perfect way to end our last full day there.

I stayed for the weekend at the hotel which actually, is a part of Banyan Group. I missed my connection flight and missed my first night there but the staff kindly let me stay in the room the minute I arrived the next morning. I stayed at the tower block on the 15th floor facing the sea. The hotel is slightly further out from the Batu Feringgi nearby and ideal to have a quiet getaway. They do provide a free shuttle if you wish to venture to Georgetown or BF.
The stay, even though very short, was very relaxing. The room was spacious, luxurious, peaceful and the bed was very comfortable.
The facilities were well appointed and complete. The infinity pool, kids clubs, gym, spa. They have it all. Also, you get discounts if you stay there and use the spa facility and the restaurants.
The staff were attentive but not obstructive.
I will definitely stay there again.

The main purpose of writing this notes is to inform that the hotel, the views and infinity pool was lovely. That was amazing place to visit.

In addition the room was fast even i checked in early.

Furthermore I was called up to reception counter to ask them for the late checkout and it was superb staff allowing us to have the late check out time at 1pm without any extra charges. Thanks for giving us a lot of memories and wonderful hospitality during my stay at your room hotel!

I have been here with my husband twice. We really love it. The room is amazing with great view. The bathroom is really big with big bathtub. The beach is much more private compared to the other hotel as it situated further away from the other hotel. The breakfast is really good, a lot of choices and all are splendid. Thank you so much for the great stay. To eat outside you have to drive as it it further away.

The staff were informative and friendly. This hotel is so nice and I will definitely coming back again and stay longer. Price is above average.

The room I booked is with the bathtub, I guess most of the room is facing the ocean, so nice to sit in the balcony and enjoy the sea view there. The keeping staff even knock the door and ask if I need anything like water bottle and other stuff, lovely!

Breakfast buffet was impressive that have variety of dishes to pick from. Love it!

Had a very short business trip here. Services are efficient and fast paced.
Friendly staffs.
Beds are so comfy,have a good sleep on it.
Bathroom is completed with bath tubs with complete resort amenities.

Room service food are good and delivered on time.

Room cleanliness are top notch ,no dust or stain . View of the Bay is fantastic from the room .
Will come back to have longer stay to experience their spa,f&b outlets and other facilities. Shuttle van is provided to go to the nearby town. Recommended for a weekend-family trip as this area is completely surrounded in nature and out of the city center.

Our experience at this hotel was magical from start to finish! Beautiful room, beautiful location, lovely staff and impeccable service. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Beach is beautiful; first day the water had a lot of floating garbage but it seemed to disappear after that. There are apparently a lot of jellyfish, and the water is cloudy, so unfortunately not great for ocean swimming. But the pool is lovely.
Restaurant prices are very high, we did not eat onsite apart from the included breakfast, but there is ample opportunity to sample street food.

My wife organised this stay as part of our anniversary. I've never been to a five star hotel before.

The room was perfect, especially the spacious bathroom and balcony. The views were wonderful.

The buffet breakfast was terrific and not lacking in the slightest. Having the gym always open and the beach to walk along and relax was fantastic.

If I had one complaint, it would be that the mattress is too soft, perhaps too old?

As a wedding anniversary, we originally plan to go other hotel. But one of my friends recommended us Angsana.

We stayed 1 night in Delux.
The room is big enough with whole glass in front, directly can see sea and beach.

We also loved the valcani, as it is designed to protect privacy.

All staffs are very kind and considerate, ready to help customers.

One small suggestion..
The breakfast was good, but hope dimsum and coffee would be delicious.

Spent NYE and NY 2024 here. This hotel was one of a kind, when we fall asleep, we really cannot wake up. The essential oils burner and the scents, the breath-taking view of the hotel, the cleanliness of the hotel, the sea view left us in a trance of zen. We loved the 5 star service, we parked at B1 and their guards took car of our car, we slept in and still had great breakfast. We rode horses, jet skis on the beach. This beach 🏝 view in front was very Carribean like, almost surreal. I love Penang and it’s beaches, also loved the food at room 11. 👍🥳🏝🐋 love the experience.

I wish to express my graatitude to the hotel. In my 5 days of stay, i had no issues what so ever. The service was exceptional. I have to point out 2 staff that provided exceptional service for myself. I felt well taken care of as these staff really attended to all my queries seamlessly.

The 2 staff that i have to point out is Syu from frontdesk and Terrence from No.11

The service they provided was really exceptional and it left a lasting impact. No doubt i will definetly be back here soon.

A fabulous place to stay, pricy but worth every penny. Rooms are big and well appointed with everything you need. Bathroom is huge with a freestanding tub. Staff were excellent, especially the half Australian chap who works the pool area (sorry I can't remember your name). Located on the beach, just beware of jellyfish. But the beach bar has a vinegar spray to use in case of being stung. In all a great hotel, recommended. Nearly forgot breakfast, it was great. With a buffet with a massive choice.

Our stay at the Angsana Teluk Bahang was absolutely perfect from start to finish, thanks to the incredible and hard working staff and an absolutely exquisite hospitality experience.

This hotel is a truly wonderful global 5* experience in every aspect. The rooms are beautifully comfortable, thoughtfully designed and a real sanctuary after a busy day exploring Penang. The turn-down service was really magical, coming back to the room to the beautiful aroma of lemongrass and a gently twinkling tea light in the oil burner was something very special.

The pool area is beautiful with a gorgeous view out over the Andaman Sea from the infinity pool and over Teluk Bahang beach as well. The Fire/Ice beach bar has a wonderful ambiance with bean bags and umbrellas out on the sand, perfect to relax on of an evening. There are a variety of Happy Hour promotions that change from day to day.

The breakfast buffet was really something to behold, with exceptional variety and Western, Chinese, Indian and Malay cuisine all featuring as well as the usual continental pastry choices. It was an overwhelming amount of choice and really felt more like a dinner buffet than breakfast!

Last but not least, the incredible and hard working staff who can't do enough for you and really help to make your stay as comfortable and magical as they can. From the housekeeping staff to the security staff, waiting staff and valet they all go out of their way and above and beyond to ensure that every moment of your stay is truly memorable. We will always be grateful for them ensuring our stay was as memorable as it was.

Just checked in to this hotel and was warmly welcomed by the front desk staffs. Fahmi was very sweet and cheerful and quickly accommodated us with our requests! We also got a welcome drink as soon as we arrived. The room is very relaxing, clean, and spacious!

Amazing hotel situated away from the busyness of Batu Ferringi (very touristy beach area). All the rooms are facing the beach so you will be getting great view regardless. Rooms are generally quite spacious. Very family friendly. Almost private beach, but the beach here is generally not “pristine”. Friendly staffs. 2 pools to cater for Insta-needy adults and fun-crazed children. Almost down side is that sometimes cannot get Grab to go out, there are public bus for the more adventurous ones.

I love this hotel, its facilities, the food, and its privacy. The room view is awesome, the room aminities are superb, beach is almost like a private beach. It is a very peaceful resort and it is a great place to heal, but you must stay at least 2 nights in order to fully absorb the healing feel. The location is a bit further up north of Penang Island, but it is worth the trip.

This place is great! Staffs are friendly and helpful, view is fantastic, food is alright. My only comment is the pillow is too soft. Hopefully they can offer two variety: hard and soft pillow for customer to choose.

But overall is a wonderful experience, will come back again with my kids and family!
