The location/price and comments are what made me choose this place originally and I can confirm it is true.

- Owners are very kind and helpful
- Rooms are simple with A/C, TV and private bathroom
- Great location, beach 200m, lots of cafe and food places and night market nearby.

I would recommend if you’re on a holiday in Penang.

This was my 2nd time staying here. The management has changed, but the service was very good, as before.

The Turkish restaurant has moved to the entrance near the parking lot.

In terms of budget hotel, this is one of the excellence one.

The whole hotel compounds is clean, no shoes allowed in all indoors area.

Car park is provided.

Walking distance to the beach, shops and also restaurants.

Room was very pleasant and clean. The hosts man and lady were very helpful and soft spoken. Feels so calm and relaxing here. Perfect location just 5min walk to the beach and eatery. Will definitely stay again.

I came here with my husband and we had a good time staying here. I can said that this is one of the great motel for couple and also for family. This motel located in a good location with a great room service, clean and comfortable room, provide car parking and most importantly the owner is very friendly and responsive. It was great stay indeed for us ❤.

For the price, this place is considered very good. Love how it's so near the beach, the bus stop and the night market.

Uncle and his son managing the place are both very nice too.

Its my 3rd time staying here. Owners are so friendly and helpful. Affordable,comfortable,clean and all perfect. Everything is nearby. Superb 🤙

I truly enjoyed staying my one night there. The owners were so nice that gave this warm feelings which makes me want to repeat staying here! The room was sparkling clean (bed sheet, blanket, toilet). Kettle and two mugs were provided, a television, super well functioned air conditioner and water heater, lots of parking spaces available.

Walking distances to:- Petronas (that has McD and Subway), Starbucks, The Ship Restaurant and most importantly Feringghi night market and the beach!

Wonderful place to stay, spotless clean. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable in a budget way place to stay, this is the place for you.

Plus if you can tolerate the noise from outside including people's footsteps, then there's nothing to complain at all.

If you are looking for a budget hotel, this is the place. We were greeted by the friendly owner at the reception counter upon arrival. The owner was very helpful, he gave us tips and advices on getting around the area. I booked a deluxe double room (one queen sized bed or two twin sized bed) but the owner offered me a better room (one queen sized bed and a single bed). The room and washroom is very clean, bed is comfy. Facilities are good enough for a budget hotel.

Stayed there with my husband for three nights . Feel like staying with relatives . The owners were very friendly and helpful . Perfect place for low budget vacation 🙈 . Very affordable n comfy place to stay . Easy park ..close to the beach, only 200m walk. Would definitely stay there if we ever visit feringgi again .

I love staying here so so much! Its really cheap and most importantly the owner so so nice to me. I was im hurry booking this hotel, and i bookedna small room despite i come with my parents, so when the owner said i might feel uncomfortable with that room, so they change us to another bigger room without any extra charges! I was so shocked coz they so nice, asked us if we need anything and even provide us sejadah for prayer. Its hard to find someone like them coz u will feel like home when u stay there, and the place so so near to beach, night walk, food stalls. And the place so clean, have facilities like microwave, water cooler n heater, fridge, iron and so on. The price so so cheap too, less than 100( Ga)I would like recommend to stay here, u would love it!

This is a very basic motel, I am not reviewing for being something out of the ordinary. But everything was sparkling clean, AC rooms with own bathroom and TV service (didn't use it but some might do) and super good prices. What was actually amazing was how awesome the hosts were (I assumed the people from the reception were the owners of the place). The lady is incredibly warm and hospitable, (upgraded us for free to a better room, offered us cookies and many useful tips for spending our time in the town), one of those people one seldom meet nowadays.

The motel is only few minutes away from the best beach in the Penang. The hosts were very helpful and very informative. If you need any information to make the best out of your vocation do ask them and they will be more than happy to assist you. The rooms were descent and cheap.

Probably one of the best budget accommodations in BF. The couple who ran the place was incredible. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and across the 101 bus stop. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi, AC, and hot shower worked fine. Spacious toilet with everything working and sufficient places to put your shampoo bottles, etc. Free hot and cold drinking water. Towels provided. Multiple sockets. Table and chair in the 2+1 room. A wonderful change if you've been staying at backpacker hostels like I was. Only area for improvement for me would be that there were some tables outside my window (Room 103) and some people stayed there chatting until a bit late. Perhaps a signage to lower voices past 10pm? Thank you!

Was on a road trip, came in to check the room first and we said yes!
Clean place is what we all want from a place to stay, right?
This place won it! Not even a dust and it is clean!
The owner is SUPER friendly, caring and helpful.
It's walkable to the beach and the night market.

Affordable/Friendly family run hotel, close to shops, beach, restaurants and everything else that Batu Ferringhi has to offer.
Rooms are basic, good bed, excellent Wi-Fi, very clean, local tv and well serviced Aircon.
Parking avail.

Will definitely be back for a return stay…

INCREDIBLE PEOPLE & AMAZING VALUE FOR MONEY!!!

The Motel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants, etc. in the town.

The room seemed brand new and exceptionally clean, with great air-con, shower, etc.

They are doing some development, so no doubt once they’ve finished it will be even better (they have plans for a cafe, etc).

What really made the stay brilliant however was the people, who went above and beyond so many times, being so helpful and kind throughout.

We would not hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone.
