Parking - drive to level 5 and above to park, then take the lift to level 12 where the hotel lobby is located. Pass your Touch & Go card to the counter staff to validate your stay so the parking fee is waived when you exit. Do this with every entry/exit.

Reception - professional receptionist who welcomed us with warm cookies upon our arrival.

Room - sound-proof and spacious with clean bathing area.

Facilities - pool looked inviting but the inclement weather hindered us from a dip in it; sauna is clean and good.

We had such a perfect stay at DoubleTree. Everything is beautiful about this place, every single detail. We’re a couple traveling all around the world and the day there were amazing. Beautiful rooms, beautiful buffet, I recommend the dinner experience. Such a variety of food and so nice! Thanks the staff for such a welcoming stay!

If you drive, parking space is below the reception floor. It can be confusing as it's the same parking space with the Elements Mall (which is not open for public). But if you took taxi or grab, just drop off on the Ground floor, then took the next lift for receptionist, facilities, or the guest room.

Room wise, they were very spacious. We were very pleased with it. However I noticed a couple of corners in the room seemed old and fell off, but very minor. Next to the building are some apartment blocks. The pool of the hotel was very average and busy. It also can be quiet windy, which is very understandable judging by its location. Very minor feedback, we need to rang three times to get our shower gel get refilled, even after the staff clean the room for the day.

To get to the city, it only took 30 mins walking distance.

Receptionist was very professional and friendly. Overall the hotel was very clean and there was no funky smell. Many amenities available like the gym, pool and sauna. Tried the morning buffet breakfast which we needed to pay extra for. I think can give a passing score since there were many different variety of cuisine to choose from, but pretty standard, nothing special. Recommend to just try only once for experience. Also, from the map it seems like a sea view is possible from the hotel room, but for our room the view was blocked by another flat/building. No good view

We stayed here recently. Had 3x rooms (with 2 of them being connected). From the floor layout, there is also an option to join 3 or 4 rooms to one entry door. This would be great for extended families. I would say that this is arguably the best hotel in Melaka (I’ve previously stayed at Holiday Inn and Courtyard in Melaka). The rooms are well maintained. One of our rooms was a corner suite that was very spacious and had great open views. There is also a shopping mall located in the same tower (but I believe it has closed after impacts of Covid). Reasonable restaurants around the hotel too within short walk or driving distance.

Very nice hotel with great views of the city and the sea. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Professional service, special perks for diamond members were highly appreciated.
A bit of walk to the centre but all good as it is through the shopping area and the hotel location is only a quick walk to the Portuguese district.
Good breakfast and afternoon tea. Infinity Swimming pool was also very nice with the views of the city.
The hotel windows are only single glazed which might be a little issue if you are a light sleeper but we did not mind.

I didn’t eat here or use any facilities, but the rooms were amazing and the staff were great. Parking is easy, but slightly difficult to actually find the hotel entrance from the car park! Other than that, couldn’t say a bad word about this place. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at DoubleTree Hilton Melaka is awesome & i had a good time celebrating my wife birthday here. The reception officer Alyaa & her colleagues was very helpful and the effort they put in providing the necessary information and the room was very clean and comfortable to stay in overall. Buffet breakfast was great & we had many choices as well. I would like to convey my best wishes and Happy New Year 2024 to the team & i hope to come and stay in again soon.

A very pleasant stay, good place for a short getaway to Melaka. Accessible to the destination we planned to. Room is nice, clean and the view from the room is stunning with the sea view. Foremost it's a very child friendly place that with the existence of the kids club that can let kids to spend time with family. Also the infinity pool that is clean and comfortable to swim in. In short, is a worthwhile hotel to stay and definitely will come back again.

I don’t usually stay at this hotel, but because office paid for it, we choose this hotel since the rate is reasonable.

Stunning view, sunset. The receptionist very generous, change room to view good view for us. Greatly appreciate him. Assist with everything and all sorted pretty quickly. I dont really care as the stay is only 1 night but he insisted as he want to give good experience to customer. ☺☺

Breakfast, the pastry chef was so so nice to me. Offered the fresh pastry (fresh from oven), of course took to taste it. Didn’t had much since its breakfast and I prefer light one as we have training to conduct shortly. Plenty of food option, again if you enjoy breakfast, worth it!

Recommended and definitely will come back here, time permitted.

Great experience at double tree hilton. Rooms were really well maintained and service was top notch. Location is a little bit out of the way compared to other hotels but still manageable. Staff were really friendly too.

Greatness at its max. Service is good. Room is nice and spacious. Clean. Anything you would expect from a star hotel, this is it. Will definitely revisit. They are also very accommodating where they can. You can request early check in and they make an effort to make it possible.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for the first time from 28/4/23 to 1/5/23 in a King Deluxe room. Our experience had been absolutely fantastic.
The hotel team was welcoming, friendly and professional, especially so for the concierge and front desk personnel at the lobby.
The room was clean, very spacious, and comfortable. Housekeeping was also good.
Location was abit of a walking distance from the main shopping malls, but it has a more peaceful ambience, especially for a morning walk to a nearby coffeeshop for breakfast. It is easily accessible by taxis / private hire also

Love the hotel… beautiful, classy, comfortable and cosy… good for some self indulgence … their bathtub in the suite is like a mini personal dipping pool !!!! Staff are all friendly and efficient

Great experience! Thankful for Mr Arif who helped us with the check in, knowing that my baby needed a place to rest after travelling on the road for hours. Thankful for manager as well. Whole process was so smooth and amenities were top notch. Had a nice surprise as hotel prepared a cake for our anniversary. This is the first time we’ve travelled overseas with the little one and it was such a pleasant experience.

Had a great 3 nights staycation at the Hotel...service was great, food was delicious and a lot of variety. Reported that I had lost my watch and the team at the 13th floor managed to find and returned it to me the next day, truly appreciate their effort and honesty.

For starters, the staff were very accommodating. They went above and beyond to make me and my friend comfortable and even gave us tips on places to visit while we were there.

Our room was clean and cosy, the pool was crystal clear and a nice temperature, and the location is great for tourists. Lots of local food scattered close, Janker street a short drive away and the roof top bar “1-Altitude” was a real highlight.

It is also extremely affordable. I stayed in a twin room for two nights and payed $66AUD which included a buffet breakfast that had a range of different cultural food. They even let us stay an extra hour after check out just because it was convenient for us.

All around a really lovely stay with no complaints.
