We had an amazing experience having lunch here… Since the beginning they were very welcoming and always with a smile. Everything was clean and the bathroom smelled good…

For my meal, I ordered two classic Malaysian dishes: nasi goreng ayam talur mata and nasi goreng petaya ayam. Both dishes were packed with flavor and came with the perfect amount of spiciness. The nasi goreng ayam talur mata had a delightful blend of fried rice, succulent chicken, and the rich taste of a sunny-side-up egg. Meanwhile, the nasi goreng petaya ayam was a delightful fusion of spicy petaya (stink bean) with tender chicken that left me craving for more.

In conclusion, my experience at Ewan's Restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. They are fast, good quality and prices. WiFi also was good and the menu has a lots of options. I really enjoyed to eat during my vacation at there. Definitely recommended 100℅...

I love this place, we've had food here couple of times during our stay and was not disappointed once with everything we ordered. Great value for money and nice staff. The owner is always beaming with happiness when he sees us.

Food is priced reasonably, and tasted great! The nasi goreng sotong is a must as they give loads of squid thats fresh and tender. We also ordered the sotong sambal belacan with fat pieces of sotong, a recommend too! Mango shake was also a star here. Definitely recommend people to try here as it is not packed and one of the cheaper alternatives on the island.

Had dinner here after being recommended by our dive master. Very nice relaxing place. They have their own wifi connection as well. The owners and staff are friendly. The price of food and drinks here is the most value for money on the island. Food was great but what was most shocking was how good the milkshakes were. We had mango, snickers and Oreo and it felt like we were drinking the actual thing. Highly recommend

I can only talk about the Foo Yong Tan dish that we ordered, but Man it was so good. They also have very good WiFi, and some of the cheapest food on the Island 😀 staff was nice but nothing special, the place looks clean and neat, and they have a small part of the restaurant that send to work as convenience store - with Ice cream!!

If seafood is appreciated, my personal favourite on Kecil, Perhentian is the 'Perhentian Island Soup'. Order this tomato & squid & fish soup with plain rice and enjoy! :-)

We ate here 3 days in a row and was always good value for the money and very good taste. Portion size us perfect, we were always full.

We have been to to the island for four nights and ate four times here. The food is delicious and the staff is super friendly. I totally recommend it.

I rarely post reviews but this one is a must. The family is really nice, all smiles and just make you feel at home. The food is amazing. The prices are very reasonable. The shakes are amazing, especially the mango shake. I would not hesitate to come here again and again.

The staff here are very friendly, the restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The meals come out with adequate portion sizes and the food itself is very tasty. We had the Mee Keri & the Mee Goreng. Prices are reasonable for island prices. Would definitely recommend!

This is by far my favourite place, we has lunch and dinner the three days we spent in perhentian. The food is the best, i recommend "mae gorang mammak", my favourite one! The only thing is that they are a bit slow ... But it i worth the wait.

It’s a all experience. The food it’s amazing, really well prepared with love. You can feel all the elements and they will let you know when something it’s really fresh coming out of the sea or market. The family there it’s also amazing, you feel like you’re at home with a really good atmosphere and love around. Ah and please don’t forget to get the mango milkshake!! Thanks Ewan’s family

We had a great diner at Ewan’s!! Both staff and dishes were great! We had the Veggie curry mee and the Daging Goreng Kuyit with Nasi. The taste was excellent, something we did not have in a long time.

The staff is very friendly and everyone walks around with a big smile. Love that!! Definitely recommend this place.

Such good filling Malay food which is ver reasonably priced
