I notice that the average gives a poor perception yet the reverse happens for me. I arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, and the welcoming receptionist staff allowed us to check in at that time as well. The staff, as well as the boss and manager (I'm not sure), are quite helpful and offer plenty guidance. Besides, even though our room is somewhat uphill, we are okay because we are young, and what do you think when you are in the island? Our accommodations are also upgraded without any additional fees. Regarding the room's state, everything is fine with us because it is an island and you cannot expect everything you want is here. The room and toilet are very clean, provided complete with pillows, blankets, towels. The bathroom also includes soap, shampoo and conditioner. There were some bugs in the room at night, but it was fine with us because we were in the island. There is no wifi in each room; just at the receptionist, however if you use celcom, you may be able to get access to the internet. Electricity is also available 24 hours a day, unlike in nearby areas. Water flows freely in comparison to the situation on the island, where water is limited. The receptionist lent us a phone cable at night because our cable had been ended due to water ingress that day. The staff was very sympathetic of the customer's situation because it was very difficult to find and buy a phone cable, and if one was available, it cost up to RM50. Hot water is accessible at the front counter, as well as an iron and ironing board. We also booked a snorkelling package with them; we went on a 5-hour long tour. Whatever, everything is lovely here. If you expect more, go to a five-star hotel. Hiking is common on the island, as do bugs and other creatures.

its far from coral beach jetty. need to hiking. but it is near to go to long beach. staff very friendly and wifi only available at lobby. only have fan and no aircond and no water heater. just a simple room and tidy.

Great place to stay on the perhentians. We had a very clean room with attached bathroom and a fan. It's a short walk to Long Beach but there are a lot of accommodations that are closer to the beach though. Reception has WiFi btw

Habitaciones limpias con ventilador y baño equipado. Se encuentra entre la playa Coral Bay y Long Beach, apenas hay andando 5 minutos a cada una de estas playas. Las camas eran muy buenas y teníamos mosquitera (cosa que se agradece teniendo en cuenta que estás en mitad de la selva). Los recepcionistas no podían ser mejores, atentos y muy serviciales. Nos hicieron el favor de buscarnos una habitación a última hora, ya que tuvimos problemas con el otro alojamiento. Recomiendo sin duda.

De kamer was nieuw en schoon. Na 2 nachten verblijf,hadden we veel zand onze kamer binnen gesleept. Na vragen of ze onze kamer wilde schoonmaken was dit geen probleem. Schone lakens en nieuwe handdoeken. Heerlijk. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. De grote ventilator kon de kamer goes koel houden. Fijn verblikf gehad hier.

L ile de kecil super 👌 nous sommes allés en famille en avril 2019 logions au champaka chalets, spartiates mais très bien prix modique 150 Rm la nuit pour 3 chalets. Excursion en bateau pour voir les requins 🦈 👍 👍 👍 le corail, les tortues.. Un peu déçus sur le dernier point trop de monde sur le spot.

Dapat bilik sama macam dalam gambar. Bersih dan selesa. Cuma penat sikit nak berjalan dari jeti ke bilik. Berdekatan dengan long beach. Sangat memuaskan, memang tip top 👍🏻 Keep it up

So against all the bad reviews, my girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff is not overly nice but they help you if you have a concern!
The room with fan we were in was very clean and comfortable. The WiFi is good. The room is compared to other accommodations on the island a little more expensive but you also get more for the money.
Prepare to walk uphill to the accommodation.

Environment clean and more privacy. Property has wifi on loby and surrounded by fence. Next to it rubber tree and took only 11 minutes to long beach. Wonderful.

Good condition

We werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen en we kregen een nette ruime en schone kamer. Er was geen airco maar wel een fan. Dat was voor ons prima. Het hotel ligt op het midden van het eiland dus je moet nog geen 5 minuten een heuveltje op lopen die niet heel goed bestraat en verlicht is. Als je veel bagage hebt of slecht ter been bent dan kan dit een uitdaging zijn.

Wij waren erg tevreden over de prijs en kwaliteit verhouding. Het eiland is veel prijziger dan andere gebieden. Maar bij Tivoli Inn ben je op loopafstand van leuke restaurantjes en bars, maar je kan wel rustig slapen.

Die Insel ist sehr touristisch, somit ist es schwierig eine gute Unterkunft für einen guten Preis zu bekommen. Die Bungalows sind von der Einrichtung okay. Da sie mitten im Wald sind, bekommt man hier nicht viel Sonne ab. Ein schmaler Weg führt zu Strand. Die Unterkunft liegt quasi in der Mitte der beiden Strände. Die Dusche ist nicht gut. Nur kaltes Wasser. Aber man hat Strom, das muss man hier wohl erwähnen. Das WLAN kann man nur am Empfang nutzen.
