Chillout Cafe

Hands down the best spot on Long Beach to unwind, sipping on a cold mango smoothie (can’t recall how many we had here), and soaking up the sun. Incredibly relaxed, just like its name suggests, and the staff were super welcoming and friendly.

The playlist was great and so was the ambience. Pricing is reasonable too. Despite staying at a nearby hotel, we visited every day. Instead of paying for an umbrella, simply purchase something to eat or drink, and it's complimentary (including beach towels to lay on). We will definitely be returning!

Lovely cafe with lounge seating, offering fruit, oats, vegetarian options. We loved the smoothie fruit bowl, pancakes with bananas and chocolate and took the tuna wraps take away for an remote island lunch

Really nice place directly at the beach, with amazing food (veggie), fruitshakes and many nice chats with the guys who work here. It‘s a good bar to hang out and relax in the hammock. Thank you for everything, you are amazing 🙏🏽

Really nice place to have a bite and chill, they have hammocks which you can lay down in, after having lunch or a drink. They have really good vegetarian food. Springs rolls are really really nice, and the falafel wrap is also really yummy.
I also tried a mango smoothie, which was made in front of me, the size was good for the price and the taste was really good.

Amazing place! Food delicious: 10/10 and they have a nice washroom/toilet. Very cute library and chillier area, loved staying and relaxing here. Atmosphere is as described: chill and we loved it. Also they had free sun umbrellas and towels to lay at the beach in front of the restaurant.

My favourite spot on the island! The vibes are wonderful and the food is great with a phenomenal price. Came back twice 🤩

By far the best restaurant at the beach! The food and milkshakes are so good, the staff is super friendly and the vibe is super welcoming. We really enjoyed our time here and recomend it to everyone.

Beach bar, good for lunch, or just chilling. Great roti, dishes with rice, and fresh juice drinks or coconut. It's probably the best food on the island.

Fresh and tasty. Very good fried rice and fried kuey teow with fresh vegetables, small portion but crispy, not overcooked. I have tried fried rice/ noodles in other places and it usually tastes like burnt dirty pan. Here it was really good. Friedly staff. Milkshakes with fresh fruits tastes like ice cream, delicious.

Amazing and very chill place! Very rare to come by. Food 10/10, vegetarian options, nice toilet, library, good music and chill area. Guy who runs it is very friendly and good host.

Great food, everything was really fresh and tasty. Had the falafel wrap, tempeh wrap, beef sliders, and it was all good. Definitely the best meal I had on my 3 day trip. Staff are really friendly and chill too.

Great set up!! One of the oldest cafes on long beach. Their floor is covered in sand so you have the soft sandy feeling between your toes whilst eating under a shade. They also have hammocks customers can use. Food is lovely & affordable. We tried their sandwiches which were definitely worth it. Staff are very accommodating & helpful.

Very delicious food. Menu doesn't have a lit of options and is more tailored towards veggies. Portions are a little sparing but fine. Really enjoyed all the food I ate here and would recommend. The milo is also probably one of the best I've had - more on the chocolatey side :)

The food and the presentation is wonderful and very tasty. The fresh fruits juice, smoothies, vegetarian and vegan is highly recommends and the signature dish 'Daging Singgang' serve with BUDU and some salad, or 'Beef Slider' with sweet potato fries and Nasi Lemak.

I was there in the Ramadan and ate my first iftar of 2018 at ChillOut. It was a priceless iftar. A beautiful view, near the water and delicious local style food. Really miss this place. The people here were very kind. Danila thanks for everything!
