I visited Proton JM Automas 3S Platinum Penang today for my X50's first servicing. We would like to express our special gratitude to Mr. Sathia and Ms. Sarah for their friendly gesture, assistance in clarifying on the terms, deadlines for next service, and hassle-free service. It's also worth mentioning the friendly Indian mechanic who serviced on my car. Keep up the amazing work.

My car power window got some issue that day, and I just tried my luck to drive in to this service center hopefully they can help me to checked what is the problem of my power window. The service Manager Mr Ng very kind and help me check on it, within 10 mins he get the power window problem solved. Thanks a lot and the team there all so helpful and friendly.

Really satisfied with Brian Pereira who is my sales advisor. Very thankful I got to know him and he helped me to understand what car model and the specs which suits me and my budget. He's super friendly and he has tremendous patient to help and guide me throughout the beginning from deciding what car is suitable for me until I got the car. He replies fast even after his working hours too 🤭. Responsible too even after I got my car, he still help me to book my service appointment. Plus, there was a small bubble in my tinting window and Brian helped me to arrange appointment to fix it immediately too. Super excellent service.

I am also very satisfied with the service Ms Sarah and Mr Sathia gave me through my first service visit at JM Automas. Mr Sathia explained how much the cost and what they were going to change which made me feel very comfortable as I got to choose what optional items I would like to add and the explanation help me decide. JM Automas customer lounge is pretty comfortable and there are drinks and snacks too! There is Free WiFi and I'm able to sit comfortably and work there too while waiting for an hour plus. Ms Sarah is really friendly and she makes good Tea too 😊.

Overall very good service and I am satisfied with it. Will surely come back again and highly recommend! Thank you.

Traveled from KL to Penang. Car couldn’t start and showed ACS Disabled on screen in Penang. Went to Proton JM to change battery on my X-70. Was served by technician Sathish, very informative and quick. Was very happy with my first experience with Proton Penang. 5 star service.

My SA, Ms Jing is has been awesome and helpful from the moment i stepped into the showroom. She constantly provide status updates regarding the X70. It is a pleasure dealing with her.

Sent my car here for service for the first time and I’m very satisfied with the service provided! Before servicing my car, they even explained to me what kind of items they are going to change and how much will it cost. The place is clean and comfortable if you need to sit here and wait for 1-2 hours.

I brought my car to many places to get it serviced but they were unable to solve my issue. Some places charged way too much and told me to replace many things. I decided to give it a try by bringing it here and the issue was solved with minimal charges. Car was serviced by Mr Satish. He did a very good job and explained to me in detail regarding the issues. The other staffs were also friendly. I wouldn't mind paying another visit here again. Very good service despite their busy schedule.

Your service advisor Sarah and your service manager, Mr Ng is wonderful and very helpful. I’ve been coming to your workshop the last 3 years or so. Keep it up. 👍👍👍

The service office environment makes me feel very comfortable. I did not expect the customer-servicing receptionists, Sarah & Sathiaraj, were so nice and made me feel at home; as I was driving just an Iriz.

After car done, the next day was the friendly follow up call on the car to get customer’s feedback on the work done! 👍👍

I truly feel Proton treats her customers like VIP, they have the patience to listen to my car problems.
I have been driving continental car all these years, now still do; Iriz is for my “wet marketing” purpose and really impressed with the Proton service so much so that I want to write something… Thumb up Proton 👍

I went there on the 25th July 2022 for the 50k service for my proton X70. I was attended by Sathiya and Sarah. Both of them were welcoming. I decided to wait there for the car. There is free WiFi and coffee. I was informed later that there is a recalled part for my car and that they will change it for me for free. I was surprised that the previous place I went to never informed me of this matter even though they are a 4S service centre. Since it will take a while, I decided to visit the nearby shopping mall while waiting for the service to be done. When I came back to this service centre, it was raining. After settling the payment, I was escorted to the car by Sathiya with an umbrella. Thumbs up for the extra care.
My conclusion is that even though the service centre cannot cater to a lot of cars and the waiting time is slightly longer, if you are not in a hurry, give this place a visit. I am satisfied with the service here. Good job done.
