Cozy atmosphere and good service. Staff really doing good their job. Food taste very delicious. Place a bit warm.

Tea for two including coffee or tea. Price is RM 62. I ordered penang Nyonya set. Taste not bad.

Best place to chill after dinner. They provide with plenty of games. Ie : congkak and many more.

Javana Lounge in the Park Hotel Resort in Penang is definitely worth a visit. I went there for an early dinner and was really happy with the menu. They've got a lot of different options, and I even got there in time for happy hour. The place looks fantastic inside, and the staff is super friendly. The food portions are great too. Plus, there are fun games like foosball and snooker to play. The decoration inside is nice, and there are lots of small shops around where you can buy gifts. I really recommend checking it out!

It has been ages since my last high tea in the hotel. Instead of visiting Ferringhi Coffee Garden we chose PARKROYAL Penang this round.

For the price of 128 rm nett you will get everything displayed in the photos for TWO pax.

We have also met the Executive Chef Mr. Patrick Chew as well as Hotel Manager Mr. Jegen during our visit.

We had a great discussion and feedback towards the food quality being served as well as rooms to further improvise and uplifting Parkroyal High Tea criteria as well as food selection too.

Furthermore, we would like say gorgeous hospitality services rendered to us, very accommodating and attentive.

We truly understand that the lack of Human Resources during festive season making their job task even more challenging compare with normal ordinary days.

We enjoyed the tranquility and surrounding ambience throughout our session there too.

Last but not least, my pleasure Chef Patrick & Mr. Jegen for having me as your audience and we will catch up again soon in the near future.

The Javana lounge is mostly used as a sitting area for hotel guests during check in but also offers drinks and small bites. They have daily happy hour and live performances on Fridays and Saturdays.
There are also board games which guests can play that my children enjoyed.
Drink prices are not cheap but reasonable. For happy hour, do note you need to get 2 of the same drink for the special price.
Overall a relaxing lounge to wind down for the day.
