Came in at 9.30pm for a last minute purchase for my brother with my mum, and a lovely staff named Suzilia was very very helpful and accommodating! Loved the way she suggested what would be best for us instead of the typical passive aggressive upselling from most stores.

Would definitely recommend looking for her if you’re coming to the store!

very bad staff service,informed me on that last piece, of course I would not want it. He told me that can just cut the loosed thread which is on the clothes itself. I asked if there is another branch, said no, didnt even politely stating it nor smile. Looked down on people. I later on shopped at BOSS which is just opposite it, bought clothes there. I rather felt happier spending there due to their staffs is well-mannered and knows how to treat their customers with care.
Hence, Please train your staff to not look down at people wearing normal wear

Pls don’t buy Sacoor jeans, the colour transfer to other clothe while u wash !!! Even after wash, I bring to Sacoor outlet, the manager test it, the colour still can transfer !!! Really disappointed on Sacoor !!!

Didn't stock what they advertised and had a very poor selection. Disappointing.
