Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Melaka

This place was recently renovated and they done a great job upgrading this hotel.
Front Desk service is friendly and efficient. The room is impeccable, clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the river from our room.
The roof top pool also provide a great view of the Melaka city.
This place is centrally located and an easy walk to various tourist attractions in the city.

The hotel is quite impressive with its newly furbished interior. Nice decor. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Ever ready to be of -serviced. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast was superb...ample choices, eastern & western. No problem of staying here again.

Wonderful place to stay. Parking is so so but the rest are great. The lobby smells lovely the staffs are even better. My room was clean, arrangements are beautiful and its more spacious than i expected. And oh dear, lets not forget about the b'fast shall we? One of the finest hotel breakfast for a reason. All in all, value for money and highly recommended

Definitely the best hotel in Melaka experience wise. Five star accommodation at the price of a four star hotel room. Staff here are friendly, attentive and very experienced. Especially Manager Premkumar. The rooms offered here is very comfortable, toilet is modern and clean, the entertainment system offers free, limitless on demand movies. The food and beverages here are World class, the restaurants offer the best experience at reasonable prices as well. Do take the club rooms or suites, the free flow evening cocktail spread is really worth it. The lounge offers a superb sunset view in the evenings. Facilities are tip top as well. Parking is available as well on site with an one off RM5 payment.

The hotel is located conveniently, approximately 15-min walk away from Jonker Walk. There are plenty food choices just round the corner, and a 7-Eleven located a stone throw away. Room is spacious and well maintained. Toilet comes equipped with basic toiletries, except shavers and comb. Highly recommended if you are planning to make a trip to Malacca. However it may be quite costly. It is definitely worth it though.

This is a usual spot for me and is very near the Malacca Gurdwara. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, toilets too. Service is excellent. I love the views. You will get either the river view or sea view. Both are great. Location is good too if you like quiet. It is not in the busy part of town but close to all main attractions.

Love the hotel. Will definitely come back. Friendly staff, excellent service and clean room. My praises especially goes to Restaurant Manager of Zest, Mr Maheswaran and waiter Mr Ridzuan, who was so kind to us as I was travelling alone with my twin boys who are autistic. They were so attentive to our needs during meal times at the Zest. Thank you very much. I hope management will give them a very big bonus.

Hotel is very well refurbished. Check in was quick. Rooms were very spacious, very cozy and very comfortable. The bed was firm to my liking, and the down pillows comfortable. Ample power plugs to charge your gadgets. TV has alot of movies to select, good if you just want to laze around in bed all day. Toilets are very well equipped and the water pressure is great.

Had the buffet breakfast and lunch and i am very impressed with the spread, and taste good as well. Great to see the chef frying fresh hot noodles in the middle of the counter. THere were live counters as well serving grilled chicken etc.

Location is good, not in the middle of the busy Melaka city, but just at the entry point. More quiet to my liking

I checked in late at night and requested a high floor room. The front desk was exceptional, and they were very helpful with figuring out the tour options and etc. in Malacca. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were excellent. I would recommend staying here if it's in your budget for Malacca!

Great service by all staff. Well kept environment, very clean. The room was very spacious and clean. Front counter staff Ms. Nancy, Zest Cafe Mr. Mahesh, they are very helpful, friendly and courteous. I am very happy and very satisfied with my stay. ( Stay from 16/4-19/4). Room is perfect. Service is perfect. And breakfast is amazing. Too bad wife woke up late and I need to rush off to work. Would love to really sit & enjoy the breakfast spread.

This is a very good hotel. The building may be old (1980s) but the rooms have all been upgraded and represent really good value for money. Service is great, staff are all friendly and professional. Breakfast is of decent quality though you wont need to eat in the hotel as there are so many coffee shops and eateries within 5 mins walk of the hotel. The Shore shopping mall is also about 5-10mins walk away. The hotel gym, which is also a fitness club, is fabulous and the secure multistorey carpark has plenty of space and will house your ride just fine. Yes the entrance ramp to the carpark is terribly narrow. Perhaps cars were smaller back in the 1980s.

Stayed there for a weekend vacation in Malacca. Stuff are very friendly and courteous, proactively greeting you when you meet them. The rooms are spacious and clean. Air conditioning is cooling but not too cold. I went for the breakfast buffet, which is not complimentary for my room. The staff are prompt in following up on the billing, making the process smooth and painless. Breakfast buffet has a good variety from different cuisines, including native food, Chinese, Indian, Western etc. Food is delicious, cooked food is served hot and items are regularly replenished.

Loved the feel to this hotel. Greeted by water fountain at the lobby. Breakfast was good. A variety of food available. Hotel room are spacious. Always booked this hotel for my Holiday in Malacca

I like the food very much. The buffet offer a lot of variety, the customer service very friendly, the ambiance also is the best. Your could try do some celebrations at Ramada. Highly recommended

We went there just this Jan 2020. The staff were so amazingly welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Atikah, Rashida and Noor Aini. They helped me retrieve my lost jackets that have sentimental value to me. We lost them at another hotel and they gave out extra effort to coordinate with the staff there to get them back. Thank you so much. Ramada, you have remarkable trust- worthy staff!!

Lovely hotel, well what else would you expect from a 5 star rated hotel. I would however say that it does not have a contemporary design nor decor that would give it a modern vibe. The food is great and wonderful service.

One of the best located hotel for street food. Grand interior, rooms are nice and the service staff were exceptional! Will definitely return again
