Decided to take the plunge and try out Cuts Salon while in Penang. Glad I did and really happy with the cut & highlights done by Vincent! He’s really friendly and explains the process as well as how to better look after my hair without being hard-sell. Highly recommend!

My son had his first professional haircut here! We chose director Vincent, and it was assuring especially since it was my son’s first time. The staffs were also helpful to ensure that he was lest fussy. My wife had a senior cut too, and we did scalp treatment as well.

Overall a pleasant experience, despite it being a busy Sunday and director Vincent was highly sought after, we are thankful he accommodated our requests too 💯

First time come here, just walk in. Very nice environment, cozy and comfortable. Hairstylist provide professional service, not those “i think this style suite you” attitude. They listen to your request well and give you good looking style. Most importantly no hard sales. Thank u so much to my hairstylist Hannah. Will definitely come again next time.

I had a very pleasant experience at cuts salon. The hairdresser assigned to me was extremely helpful and managed to bring my damaged hair back to life. Overall Calvin did an amazing job!

I got a wash and a long hair cut by a junior stylist for RM55. There was no wait as I made an appointment and there were many stylists available. The wash was quick, not enough to really relax, but the cut was fast and according to my instructions. A hairstyle like an updo would have cost an additional RM90 and only one stylist in the salon does it.

Fantastic experience at CUTS SALON! Their wash & blow service left my hair feeling fresh, soft, and perfectly styled. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch salon experience!

Great experience at Cuts. Did a full colour + highlight + keratese treatment with Ivan. A long hair pampering session as usual but conversations with Ivan made it short and enjoyable. He was able to share recommendations based on my hair type and personality which were in tune with what I had in mind.

My experience at cuts salon was really pleasant. Came for a wash and blow. It was done by Susu who was really nice and polite. The wash and blow Included a really good head massage which something I look forward to at salon’s wash and blow. Overall would recommend if you are looking for a place a comfortable seats and clean space.

My hubby got a director's hair cut in under 20 mins. Walk-in without prior appointment. Vincent did a fantastic job! Will definitely return

Had my perm and haircut there, superb service and friendly staff. The barber served me is called Calvin, he is handy and experienced, able to pinpoint my hair issues and make the arrangements accordingly, he knows what he is doing. Definitely will revisit in the days to come. 😁

I got my hair done from Kevin Tan. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail. I also got the keratase hair treatment done to clean my scalp and help with hair loss. I would definitely recommend this hair salon.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair cut at Cuts Salon by Vincent Teng.
I’m visiting from Sydney and am time poor, but I didn’t want to settle for just any hair salon. The salon is modern and stylish and number of customers put me at ease. For this reason, I wasn’t sure whether they could accommodate me. However, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and they did their best to accommodate me for my cut and wash & blow dry for my daughter.
My stylist Vincent was very skilled and attentive. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered valuable suggestions which I took onboard. I mostly appreciated Vincent’s attention to detail and precision throughout the haircut.
My daughter was extremely happy with her wash and blow dry. As she’s got natural curls whenever she gets a chance, she asks her hair to be straightened. She could not be happier with the result. I didn’t get a chance to ask for the name of her stylist, but he did an amazing job. She couldn’t keep her eyes off any mirrors she walked past.
Overall, I highly recommend Vincent at Cuts Salon to anyone looking for a fantastic hairdressing experience. Not only was the service exceptional but the overall ambiance of the salon was relaxing too.
