First try and highly recommended! I’ve tried Matcha Red Bean Ice Blended, the taste is real pure. Sweetness is average, unlike other bubble tea. Concept and packaging design is cute and of course instagramable! Limited seating, mainly for grab and go. Menu is not as complicated as other bubble tea store, hence it is kind of friendly for elderly person to order. Price, comparable to other bubble tea or Starbucks drinks.

This is a so cute cafe!! Cute kitty is the mascot in this cafe!! They have various drink menus!! From milk tea and tapioca to fresh fruits taste there are many yum juices here!! Especially kitten on the cup looks really cute!! I love it!! Very nice cafe and which I ordered one was half price as usual for promotion!! This is modern and super cute cafe!! Enjoooyyy!!

Super frustrating customer service. Arrived at 10 when it opened, couldn’t order the brown sugar because they didn’t have the boba. They told us to come back in an hour, we came back in an hour. They told us that we had to wait another hour. Also the girls in stuff were super unprofessional and I felt incredibly rude. We were never demanding but they had terrible service. Almost made out that we were silly for asking for a product that should have been available when they opened. It wasn’t just that the product was unavailable but that they treated us rudely. I hope this is different in the future because the tea is great there!
