Called up many facial places in Malacca and couldn't get a time slot that fit me as I called too late. Glad to find this place. I went to the same chain in Ipoh before.
All is good. You can WhatsApp them to find out about the packages before going over. I did facial and my elderly mum did massage and we are both pleased with the sesisons. I also bought some products .
If you are taking grab/ taxi, do note you would be dropped off at the hotel. Drivers tend to miss this place

Fantastic experience. I have been a long time customer of Herbaline and came to newest branch in Melaka to try their spa patio. Yvonne and Tia were great as they not only recommended me treatments that were tailor made to my facial needs but also were attentive towards my skin condition. As for the ambience, this has got to be the most beautiful and comfortable Herbaline I have been to. Definitely worth a visit and worth every penny!

This branch has very nice interior design. Our appointment was made on 4pm but there was a delay cause of the previous customer. But we were attended courteously during the waiting time. The environment is very relaxing. Staffs are well trained. We came here for duo body massage package. The treatment lasts 1hr15min. My partner and I share one massage room. The room is huge and has attached bathroom. All very well designed. Also note that you will be almost half naked during the treatment. If you are shy maybe you can ask if there is other arrangement. The masseur who did the treatment for my partner was a male haha. Overall a very good experience. The promo package definitely worth every Penny.

The place will make you feels very calm once you enter the place. Every staffs wil serve you the best service. To be honest I already with them for almost 4 years and never regret. The products also suit me very well! Love it! The facial treatment also the best. Keep it up!

Very good experience in here, all the service crew are friendly to chat, and the treatment given was comfortable too. Love the surrounding as they perform in a natural environment to customer. Price also reasonable with all the treatment given.

This is my first time experience for full body massage and it was awesome & exciting! I’m very sensitive to body-touching but it’s was very relaxing after the all treatments, also the hair massage was fantastic! I think I’ll grow lots of hairs after today!

Took the foot and shoulder massage on a lovely Saturday. The massage is wholesome and very relaxing. Comforting yet strong enough to relieve the weary muscles. Great experience, great and friendly staff.

Experienced their hot stone massage and warm foot paraffin wax treatment as it was on promotion. It was superb! The massage was warm (hot stone) and relaxing.
The place exudes a Balinese vibe with their wooden building and vibrant colours from the flowers.
Their staff were very friendly, nice and helpful.
Right next to them is the Mama Kim restaurant. Fast service and good food. I love their tomato pasta (although it's far from being their signature dish).

Good and professional massage service, the massager didn't chat, it is very relax and able sleep during massage. Good that you only need to book via watapps pre booking no pre booking fee. Will come again
