Alot of choices for the winter apparel and clothes. Currently they are having promotion and rebate.

I had a disappointing experience at Winter Time. I wanted to look at luggage and stood waiting for assistance for nearly two minutes.
Despite two staff members, an older man and a younger guy, being present, neither acknowledged me until I said “excuse me.” The young man finally came out but seemed disinterested in helping.
When I inquired about luggage details and later about trekking shoes, his attitude was reluctant, and he stated that such shoes were only available in Winter Time and that they likely didn’t have my size. Feeling unvalued as a customer, I decided to purchase trekking shoes online and bought luggage from Coses United, where the service was exceptionally friendly and professional.
While Winter Time offers quality products, their lackluster customer service is disappointing. I strongly recommend that Winter Time management prioritize improving staff attitudes and customer experience.

Very racist shop. He only talk nicely to the chinese customer. I spend almost 2k here and the old male worker probably the owner dont even want to answer my question which i ask 3 times. At first i thought he cant hear. The second and the third just simply amaze me of how a human can be like that. Dear sir, probably your parent never teach you, allow me to give you a quote as a lesson for u, ‘’arrogance is weakness, disguised as strength. No matter how educated or rich you are, how you treat people ultimately tells all. Integrity is everything’’

Been to the shop twice and only because there is a sale at the shop and choices of items are ok. Their sale agents lack customer service. Asked them about the product - no answer!. I hope there are more shops selling winter items sold in Penang however unfortunately this is lacking.

The Heat tech run colour ,no so cheap also run colour. Disappointed. Others things quality also not so good.

This franchise is has closed several branches. Beware

Worst Attitude ever. No customer service. They are not ready to reply to customers query. Very lethargic.
