Has been servicing my car at Proton Auto city for 7 years now. It usually takes a whole day, despite the advanced appointment. The chinese guy who usually sits at the right corner of the counter, is the laziest staff I've ever seen. He dozed off, not answering phone calls while he has nothing on his hand. Meanwhile, I'd like to give a shout out to Mr Sabry. He is very helpful and professional. This 5 stars is dedicated to him, and the mechanics.

Dealt with Encik Iskandar and he was extremely efficient and helpful with everything in order to secure my first ever new car purchase.

He is very resourceful with banks to help with your loan applications, and will advise you on what might be needed ~
