Here I met a very good service staff. When we chose food he made an effort to present it. I also saw that we were eating in the dine-in and gave us cups more thoughtfully. Such behavior has never been encountered in other branches. Thank you Sunny for your hard work and thoughtfulness. We have also seen the attitude towards customer service. Although it is only two small cups, your attitude also shows the guests your hard work.

The second Family Mart outlet to open in the state of Penang.
The experience is really good. The staffs are really helpful and patient. You get all the usual Family Mart product and items here.
The are ample parking available.

Arrive early at 8.45 am on saturday but already long queue in front me ^_^ the food worth the wait. Although lots of menu sold out such as strawberry sando.

The staff is refilling the food continuously as the cstmers are grabbing all delicious look food.

Tried so many menu for our family.my fav is teriyaki beef with rice. Reheat by stuff and its so juicy and tender to chew.

Burned cheesecake icecream is sooo cheeesy n delicious that i had to share with my kid. The cheese taste is so thick to taste.

As we may hardly come n visit frequenly again,we spend more than Rm100 >___< "

I just loved their large hot latte. Perfect balanced drink with bittersweet aftertaste. Lepak alfresco luar even tho paneh lit lit.

Love the big portion of the ice cream received and the new flavour burnt cheesecake is salty in taste, something new to try out today

I am currently eating my Udon as I type this in store. The staff here are excellent. Very friendly and I am not kidding when I say that this family mart staff is the best ever who served me. Thanks a lot brother, you know who you are. 5 stars no doubt.

The queue seems long but it only took around 15 mins to enter the store. The staffs are friendly and patience. It’s much better than pulau tikus outlet. Keep it up the good work!

I came for the second time today, very satisfied with the customer service at this outlet. One of the staff explain very detail about the item at cashier counter, keep it up the good work. He suggest me to make a review here 👍🏻

The branch is quite large and has many options of family mart specials. It has all the sofuto options too. The service is fast and satisfactory. The staff ensure SOPs are followed.
